OMGosh….. just paid $2,300 by a Mercedes shop (review coming) to have the bushings in my 250 SL automatic transmission replaced and the shifter handle came off the shifter mechanism. It left me completely stranded in a parking lot! The AAA driver came with an old fashion J-hook tow truck and two dollies. He placed the dollies and tow hook like a surgeon. Dean was a savior getting the SL out and then he says I think I can get the shifter back in place. This man was amazing and went way out of his way to help me. He popped the linkage back on and away I went. There are still good people who love their job and are expert at it! Dean you are amazing ….. AAA is blessed to have you! Thank you all involved at AAA. I’ve been a member for more than 15 years and this is why! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Good morning, AAA management, I wanted to make you aware of the exceptional customer service interaction I had this previous Saturday. My car battery died. As I reached out, Brian Garcia and Sebastian Douglas were fortunately nearby. They called me, verified the situation, and made their way to my location. I want you to know how professional, knowledgeable, and personable both were. What truly amazed me was how much effort they put into the appointment. Of course, I misplaced my receipt for my previous purchase of a AAA battery. They looked it up, assured me these things happen, and fulfilled the contract to have a free battery if it fell within a timeline. I am extremely fortunate that I was assisted by them this Saturday. In addition, I'd like to commend leadership. These two individuals would not be exceptional without a supervisor who both encourages and challenges their employees. While snowboarding in Flagstaff, my Jeep Wrangler JK had a severe death wobble. AAA came through once again. As a Platinum member, the long-distance tow paid for itself—150 miles back to Scottsdale at no extra cost. Jeff from Economy Towing arrived within an hour, was professional, and delivered my Jeep safely to my home. Their communication is always excellent, and I trust AAA with every service request. They’ve delivered for me time after time. AAA is simply the best.

I would like to sincerely thank Michael for his excellent attention and support. He was very professional, patient, and responsive, and explained everything clearly. His dedication and helpful approach made the entire process smooth and easy. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for assistance

We were AAA members for a long, long time. We recently called local AAA roadside service for a battery replacement. The AAA call center agent took our info (including our car make and model) and dispatched a service technician. When the technician showed up, he abruptly told us they don't replace batteries on our specific foreign vehicle make and model. We asked him why the call center agent did not notify us of this and he told us it happens every day all the time. So we CANCELED our AAA membership. Very deceptive company!
