Edited: I had an amazing 5 star experience in May at the AAA office getting my International Driver’s Permit. I even left my wallet on their front desk right before they closed on Friday for a holiday weekend. The amazing staff worked hard to help me get my wallet back over the weekend because I was leaving on an international flight before the office opened again. I am so grateful and the customer service at this location is truly 5 🌟

If there was a zero, I would give them a zero. Their emergency roadside service has not responded or shown up in ANY way three of the four times I called over months. I’m told by them never to use text with them. That this is a national problem with their text. Confirmations of requests are not being inputted. But even when I relied strictly on phone requests, though they did call back and acknowledge, they canceled my “request for service” twice in 24 hours with the excuse that I had not answered my phone. My phone is a cell phone which registers every single call. They did not call! I did receive some calls about drivers being on their way so they did have my number but the drivers who did actually arrive on this most recent request had the wrong equipment to tow me. Each contradicted the previous driver’s information. It took 4 useless drivers until one through Catalina Towing that they outsourced to who finally got it done. 24 hours later!

Great place for planning a European trip. Multi cities and a boat cruise.

Everyone in this office is incredibly helpful and patient. Alma is very knowledgeable and has helped me register vehicles and transfer titles a number of times, navigating multiple-state title transfers, botched paperwork and vehicle registrations. AAA has saved me many hours I’d have spent at the DMV. This office and staff make AAA membership 100% worth it!

Everyone at AAA really knows what they are doing. They are friendly and professional and can help with whatever you need -- whether it's home and car insurance, travel related services or even buying a car. One of the pluses for me is that it's a no-stress atmosphere. We went in for an international driver's license and left with that and an excellent, affordable comprehensive travel insurance that cost less than just flight insurance.
