Loren A L W A Y S provides outstanding service. I recently brought my vehicle to him because the dealer said I NEEDED new rear brakes and an alignment. Loren checked my vehicle and told me I did not need either of those things. My brake pads still had life on them and my alignment was perfect. I will FOREVER bring my vehicles to Loren and highly recommend Accurate Automotive.

Excellent place! They squeezed me in after I messed up my electrical system and diagnosed/fixed the issues. Installed a new battery along with resetting the sensors. I’ll definitely be using Accurate again. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Best place to take your car! Loren was wonderful! He took such good care of us. He fit us in and fixed our car in a short time and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend accurate automotive.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I'm praying they did the work they said. Lauren is rude, especially once he's been paid. I asked if he could go over what they did and show me, he said no in a most condescending manner. He eventually did go outside but made an arrogant gesture to reading the owners manual. I had brought the truck in because it was bouncing up front and running rough. I took it here as they were recommended. They fixed several things, truck is still rough running, I called and Lauren said that is because it is a Ford F150. So I guess they run rough? I wouldn't normally write a review but after spending close to $2000 to be treated in such a arrogant rude way I felt it necessary. Maybe he has issues with women. Or maybe he doesn't realize women are cautious because we've been taken advantage of so often by car repair shops! Not sure if he has a wife or daughters. Hoping my truck is fixed. Maybe, try a little kind and friendly customer service, it goes a long way in the world. I know as I've had my own business for 33 years. I have 3 vehicles but will be finding a different mechanic, one who appreciates my business and is respectful.

For more than 10 years Accurate Auto has been our go-to place for everything to do with our cars/trucks and our camper van. Loren and Brian are honest, caring, helpful and so knowledgeable. It was a very lucky day when I found them! They have earned my highest recommendation...
