I had a great experience with both Andy and Darren. Andy did the inspection and was very thorough! He carefully checked where the termites were coming from and clearly explained the activity and the treatment options. He also took the time to explain which approach would be best for our home. Darren did the treatment today and was also very professional and detailed. He walked around the whole house, worked carefully, and explained what we should do after the treatment and what to expect going forward. I really appreciated both of their professionalism and clear explanations.

Nick was great. He sent a “head’s up” text message that he was on his way in advance of my appointment time. He arrived promptly & was very professional.
