We hired Action for pigeon removal services and Tori was great! She was extremely thorough and detailed. As she was completing the work, she identified additional areas that could be potential nesting sites and quickly provided solutions. The clean out service of existing nesting sites was super detailed, even power washing our walkway. When she finished, she shared pictures of areas work was done on the roof as well. Super happy with this service.

Action Termite and Pest was recommended to us by our house’s previous owner. Josh H. came out and was already familiar with our house and was able to give us a detailed history of treatments and issues. He was very thorough with his explanation and the treatment. At the end of the visit he gave us details of what he found/did. Very happy so far!

Josh is the best. We’ve had him for several years and can even trust him completely when we are gone. And he is so thorough. Being in Arizona, we really are spraying here because of tiny scorpions. Even my neighbor say they’ve never had to spray because we are doing it to the condo next door to theirs.
