I ordered a Phantom bumper through Offroad Alliance after hitting a deer. My insurance approved the upgrade from OEM, and the order was placed. The first bumper arrived damaged. Because my truck was otherwise ready, I initially accepted a credit. I was then encouraged to try a replacement that could be shipped quickly, so I agreed and paid additional rental car days out of pocket. The second bumper also arrived damaged. At that point, I had no choice but to reinstall the OEM bumper. The end result was seven additional days in a rental vehicle, added costs, and lost time—all due to two damaged aftermarket shipments. Offroad Alliance was responsive and ultimately refunded the bumper and lights, which I appreciate. However, no one took responsibility beyond that. The distributor pointed to shipping, shipping pointed to packaging, and the manufacturer pointed to the distributor. The consistent outcome was that the customer absorbed the inconvenience and extra expense. If you’re considering a purchase, be aware that if something goes wrong in the supply chain, resolution may involve finger-pointing rather than accountability.

I strongly recommend the addictive desert designs bumper kit mine is on a 2024 gmc elevation it gives your vehicle a more offroadsy aggressive look at a good price. When u order they mention it takes 2-4 weeks to receive your order and I got mine within the first week. Included great step by step instructions you just have to have the patients for install if ur new to this type of work i recommend a seasoned mechanic friend like I did. Got it installed in the recommended time frame and everything, somethin as small as a new bumper definitely makes a good looking change to ur vehicle

I see bad reviews about their customer service, they must have took care of that because we had the best customer experience with them. They were responsive on instagram and their live chat right away about stock and shipping times. They came through quick and we got our tire mount on time. Easy to install and looks really good!

From purchase to receipt of my bed rack, my experience with ADD was very poor. Their customer service/sales members are unprofessional, delivery of my purchased item took 4 months and the quality or workmanship was subpar. Six days after receiving my bed rack I discovered rust drain out from two pin holes on incomplete welds. This after they go through "quality control" inspection to check all the welds prior to shipment. I asked a member of their sales team (Cole) what the load specification were for their rack, specifically what the static and dynamic load capacity were, he could not provide dynamic load for their product. This being a bed rack, these specifications are crucial when carrying gear. I only wished that I would have asked these questions prior to purchase, because it would have been a red flag that they are not a serious off road manufacturer. If you dont believe me, just read what their own employees say about the company on Indeed. This is probably why they can not hire good welders and it takes months to produce their orders.

Sam was really helpful. I actually ordered a bumper from a reseller. It came with the wrong light bracket and was no returnable. Sam helped me get an order placed for what I needed. They could have price gouged me, but they didn’t. They were very fair. I will absolutely be ordering direct next time.
