Scam. Equipment is broken or non functional. Had their technician no show for several appointments to fix the issue. Have spent 100 + hours calling and trying to get my system fixed. Sheila and Roselynn account managers were extremely unprofessional, rude, and tried to charge me 4 thousand plus for their non functional equipment. When I asked to speak to anyone else who actually wanted to help a paying customer resolve the issues i was told that they were the manager, no one else could help, and thats the way it is. Do NOT use ADT... so many better options that provide help and care for their customers.

Don't go with ADT!!! Install went fine but the installer took my key to get my doorbell off. When they came to fix my camera they said it was under warranty and would be replaced for free. Took my old camera that I had paid for and now are CHARGING ME for the new camera and 2 service charges. They won't return my camera and customer service is argumentative and condescending. This is literally robbery. Worst company I've ever delt with.

As a company ADT is the pits. The ones who answer your customer service calls are nice but the company is the pits. I have had my system start beeping every day now for over a week. And, wouldn't you know it is in the wee hours of the morning around 2:30. Ow get this, you can't stop it. You can pause it for about 30 minutes but it starts again. I am told it carrier they have is AT&T and this problem is caused by a break in the connection so at those times I am not being monitored. The worst is it isn't being fixed, it seems to be just one of those glitches. Here it is Sunday, it started early this morning and at 11:00 it is still beeping. They said they will send a tech out to check the system but I have to pay for it. $59. for the call and possibly more depending on what he finds!! Not the way to do business!!
