ADT Security Tucson

I had ADT for almost 4 years in Texas. No serious issue, the equipment was already installed in the house and I had no trouble with the monitoring team. They did okay. When we went to PCS to Arizona I was promised a relocation credit by three different ADT service representatives including the one that scheduled my installation at the new address. I was given varying amounts on this credit, but was promised some sort of relocation discount by multiple people. No relocation credit has been attached to my account in any way. They seem to have lied to me about it to get me to sign back up after the move. I am so upset and feel so taken advantage of right now that I wanna cry. On top of that they installed extra sensors that cost me an extra $350 that I didn’t ask for and didn’t want installed and all they are doing now is giving me false alarms in the middle of the night and now they won’t do anything about that either. Which I’d blame me for that if they weren’t also refusing the credit they promised me on top of it. This is the company I’m suppose to trust with my safety and they just lied to me and act incapable of doing anything about it. To add insult to injury one of the service reps that I spoke to about it actually tried to tell me that my relation credit was the amount that I am paying off over the three year contract. They read the installation receipt so badly that they tried to tell me them that the money I am paying them is money the money they are paying me. I’m stuck on a three year contract, but when that’s over never again. O out of 10, absolutely do not recommend.

I used Smart Home Security to get my ADT Monitored Home Security system.  The promotion was great, the equipment works well and I am happy . A special thanks to Jonathan who was very helpful and very knowledgeable every step of the way.

Don't go with ADT!!! Install went fine but the installer took my key to get my doorbell off. When they came to fix my camera they said it was under warranty and would be replaced for free. Took my old camera that I had paid for and now are CHARGING ME for the new camera and 2 service charges. They won't return my camera and customer service is argumentative and condescending. This is literally robbery. Worst company I've ever delt with.

Scam. Equipment is broken or non functional. Had their technician no show for several appointments to fix the issue. Have spent 100 + hours calling and trying to get my system fixed. Sheila and Roselynn account managers were extremely unprofessional, rude, and tried to charge me 4 thousand plus for their non functional equipment. When I asked to speak to anyone else who actually wanted to help a paying customer resolve the issues i was told that they were the manager, no one else could help, and thats the way it is. Do NOT use ADT... so many better options that provide help and care for their customers.

As a company ADT is the pits. The ones who answer your customer service calls are nice but the company is the pits. I have had my system start beeping every day now for over a week. And, wouldn't you know it is in the wee hours of the morning around 2:30. Ow get this, you can't stop it. You can pause it for about 30 minutes but it starts again. I am told it carrier they have is AT&T and this problem is caused by a break in the connection so at those times I am not being monitored. The worst is it isn't being fixed, it seems to be just one of those glitches. Here it is Sunday, it started early this morning and at 11:00 it is still beeping. They said they will send a tech out to check the system but I have to pay for it. $59. for the call and possibly more depending on what he finds!! Not the way to do business!!
