Aioli Gourmet Burgers

I had the aoili burger. It was cooked well with amazing flavor. The sweet potato fries were the perfect size, crispness and had a tender center with perfect balance of salt. The sauces presented was aoili, garlic aoili, basil aoili, honey mustard aoili, house ranch and ketchup. All the sauces were great but the basil aoili really adds to the flavor of the burger and the ketchup had a very mild tabasco flavor that awakens the taste buds on the back end. My only gripe is the limited dine in seating. There is patio seating available but weather prevented that option. It was a Thursday afternoon and there was only a cook and cashier/ manager serving the full establishment including to go orders which created wait times of 15 to 20 minutes. I would suggest more staff or offer small fries or something to try the different sauces with while waiting for the orders. It was a very pleasant dining experience and I fully recommend this place.

This establishment is by far one of the best burger joints I've been to for a long time. Not only is the price really reasonable, but the quality of the food is absolutely amazing compared to your average fast food restaurant. The staff is very kind and understanding if there are any allergies as well and checks in case we needed anything. (For example if you can't eat wheat they have a lettuce wrap for your burger) I sat on the back patio with my family and the atmosphere was very nice to eat in. It was well kept and clean and I look forward to eating here again. We were served by Chef Gunnar and his attitude and overall energy made our experience very memorable and I have him to thank for our great experience.

MUST EAT HERE. Griffith immediately pleasantly greeting my husband and I the moment we walked in. Followed by amazing service and communication throughout our time inside the restaurant. Food came out quick enough, hot, and mouthwateringly delicious. I had the Aioli burger, my husband had the New Mexico burger and we ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich to try along with fries and the Mac and cheese bites. The burgers were everything we hoped for and more and the chicken sandwich was definitely in our top ten of many tried hot honey chicken sandwiches. And the Mac and cheese bites, OH MY GOSH. THE BEST l've ever had. The Mac and cheese was ACTUALLY cheesy and perfectly fried, not to where it was too greasy or too dry. And lastly but not least, they are supporting military service and hero's serving the community as well. Well done Aioli Gourmet Burgers, we will be back!

Came in today after hearing about the new menu changes, As we came in we were greeted with great atmosphere and a smiling face, Our cashier Gunnar helped us with deciding what to eat, and also guided us through all of new menu changes, after taking our order he made us some delicious burgers, 10/10 will be returning for the next burger of the month! We hired the Aioli Food Truck for my husband’s 40th birthday at our home, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The planning process was simple, with clear and prompt communication throughout. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly, and both the food and service were exceptional.
