Allstate - Desert Insurance

Edward Vasquez and his team have been extremely supportive while I’ve had Allstate insurance. From dealing with some claims to answering my questions in a timely manner, Edward and his whole office are wonderful examples of quality customer service and consistent insurance providers. I’ve been beyond pleased. Thank you Edward and Allstate!

First, my contract with allstate stipulated roadside assistance, and when I needed it, a tow truck driver who was supposed to bring me gas demanded $200 cash to put my car on a flatbed and take me to a gas station. Once we got there he refused to take my car down until the engine was running. I was standing on the back of the truck, at the gas pump, fueling up my car. Then, I called Ed to tell him that I was moving to a storage unit on my renter's policy. His employee told me to call them with the address, but before that happened, Ed canceled the policy with absolutely no reason or explaination of why. I plan on including him in my lawsuit, as he was certainly a co-conspirator. There is no doubt he knew what was going on, because I told him everything.

Hector Cerda is easy to talk to and very helpful. I have had numerous other car insurance but like Allstate. Hector is very nice and understanding. He tries to help you in numerous ways by suggesting ways to help you financially.

Hector has a natural and complimentary communication skills. In other word, he was a pleasure to speak with. He was professional and caring, as well as well-educated in the Allstate insurance and my policies. Answered all my questions and he is one of the reasons that we have Allstate.

I rarely ever post anything on social media. But I wanted to let anyone and everyone know that if you need automobile insurance, homeowners insurance, umbrella insurance, or any insurances you need to call Nico at Allstate Insurance. I reached out to Nico this week because I wanted to shop my insurance rates around to make sure my former insurance company was providing us with the best rates, the best services, etc. possible. When I called Nico at Allstate, he answered my phone call and I told him I was looking for quotes And I told him to please have someone call me when they have time. Nico said he could take care of what I needed right then and there. We both spent over an hour on the phone going over all of my policies and rates, etc. Once we completed that initial call, Nico immediately emailed me all of the policies in writing. Everything Nico told me on the phone was exactly what was in all of the written quotes for my automobile, my home, and my umbrella insurance policies. I have never enjoyed dealing with insurance companies or shopping for rates, etc., but this was my most enjoyable experience in my lifetime when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. It was almost too good to be true. But from that initial call in the morning and by the end of that same day, I had all of my insurance policies with Allstate in effect and completed. Then on the second day, Nico continued to provide exceptional service and support and follow up on what we both accomplished together the prior day. Nico’s knowledge of the insurance industry was off of the charts. He answered any and every question I asked, and he also educated me on things I was unaware of. Then you factor in Nico’s customer service and promptness and enthusiasm. He was off of the chart here. I am still surprised how it took only one phone call and only one day to do everything Nico and I did regarding my insurance policies. Don’t believe me here, experience this for yourself. So if you ever need any insurances, I truly recommend Allstate Insurance and Nico and Edward Vasquez.
