I’ve taken my son to Altitude several times over the past year and have had pretty good experiences. The facility is clean, the kids have fun, and it’s been an easy choice for quick outings. However, today was a different experience. Our babysitter brought my son and baby daughter to purchase a membership, and the front desk staff was unexpectedly rude while she was trying to sign my son up. It left a really poor impression, especially since she was trying to become a paying member. We’ve always preferred Altitude, but after today’s interaction we’ll likely be going to SkyZone instead. The experience at the front desk truly sets the tone for the entire visit.

Bought Tickets to take my son for his birthday and because it was Glow night we had to leave one hour into our three hour passes. The crazy part is the park was completely empty for glow night.

Altitude was fun in the beginning and my grandsons still have fun there, however they do not stack up to Uptown Jungle. Altitude charges $25/month per kid and it is ONLY for ONE location. Uptown Jungle is $19.99/month and can be used at ALL locations. Something I brought up years ago because I live in Phoenix and their parents are in Mesa. Altitude still has not remedied that we CANNOT use the membership at both locations, so we would have to pay for two memberships at two locations (over $100/month). In addition, they took my grandsons favorite arcade machines out and replaced with multiple money sucking claw games where you rarely win anything, because and I quoted from them "they bring in more revenue". We no longer use their arcade as a result. Altitude's only saving grace is their staff who are friendly and courteous. Altitude needs some changes in management and decision making about members using other locations. Uptown Jungle is doing it right and not costing families more.

We love this place! We were referred to by some relatives who have memberships here. Membership is so worth it & such a reasonable price!! Staff is always great and on top of it whenever there is issues around the place. We were given a free cotton candy today and my son Said, "best day ever!" Lol We appreciate the cleanliness and how open it is so that it doesn't feel congested like other indoor places. Definitely worth trying it out.
