AMC Ahwatukee 24

Stopped by AMC and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and getting tickets and snacks was quick and easy. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the sound and picture were spot on. Even though it was busy, everything ran smoothly, and the staff made sure the experience was enjoyable. It’s a solid spot for catching a movie with friends or family without any hassle. Good service, comfortable theaters, and a fun, relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location!

Went to watch Iron Lung and people seated next to us were being disruptive for the entire duration of the movie. We asked the manager to handle it and they claimed they would, but they did not do anything and we had to deal with this for the whole movie. Ruined the experience, and the manager did not do their job. for the cost of the theater you'd think you would get some decent service.

$27 for a movie, small popcorn, and a small drink with no refills on the popcorn at 2pm on a monday... While the ticket greeter was friendly the girl at concessions was cold. Honestly hope you go out of business. EDIT: and the soda machine sprayed Fanta orange all over my hand which is now stained... So yay! The movie was also underwhelming. I will never spend that much on a movie again, ever.

Kiosks DO NOT WORK - GET RID OF THEM. People have trouble paying or losing their orders. They are slower than humans. USE HUMANS THAT ARE PAID ENOUGH TO CARE. There are not enough staff and those that are there do not care. They don't know what movie is in what theater and the movies aren't even posted on the doors of the theaters. What is the ratio of kiosk supervisors to kiosks? I spotted two people for maybe 12-14 kiosks? Each kiosk had 3-4 parties of 2-6 people waiting. That's TWO people to support ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY people? Maybe that math looks good for justifying replacing humans with machines but it does not work for guest experience. GET RID OF THE KIOSKS AND PAY YOUR PEOPLE.

Me and my family sat in line for 15 minutes, it wasn't just us but 4 other parties waiting to order but nobody thought to put a closed sign or tell us that the register was closed, just glanced at us and kept working on other orders. When we asked if the register was still open, the lady which looked to be a SUPERVISOR just shrugged at us saying "I dont know" and told us to go to one of their kiosks which took us 10 more minutes to just put in vouchers because the machine was being difficult which a nice young man helped us out with. Get better staff
