AMC Arizona Center 24

I've been to this theater a handful of times now and I must say I've enjoyed myself every time! A couple days ago me and these two lovely friends of mine went to see the Scream 7 in theaters. We had a wonderful time and thought Scream 7 was wonderful! I dressed up as Ghostface! So many people wanted to take a picture with me and I felt like a celebrity. This is always the case when I dress up as Ghostface. It's always so much fun! My two friends hadn't been to a movie theaters in years and the wonderful people that work at this movie theater made them feel welcomed! Thanks guys! They had a wonderful time and so did I! All of us will be coming back soon and it's because of how wonderful this movie theater is!

My first time at this location. Great service. Friendly staff. Big cinema in downtown Phoenix. The only thing I didn't like were the seats. Everything else was fine. We be back.

Classic AMC theatre. It’s huge! It reminds me of my childhood, coming to this old giant. We watched a movie in 3D, glad they have the screens for that, even if the rest of it is dated, but in a pretty wonderfully nostalgic way.

I do not enjoy writing this review...First, theatre looks dirty and empty. The outside ticket sale booth was closed. You have to go inside, then ask what the times & movies available, becauseno one offers assistance. They then tell you to go to the concession stand and they point to where the movie options are. I got no welcome or can I help you. The employees have terrible customer service and just look like they do nothing. The place has no hours of operation up and I originally had to go back, and pay for parking twice! I left the theater not watching a movie there. I didn't feel comfortable or safe. Customer service for me, IS KEY. Most stores are closed and has a feel of a dying "mall." Many years ago, I enjoyed this theatre and stores. Now, I won't go back in its current condition & customer service.

This place is a mismanaged dump. The entire place was unkept and dirty. They didn't have popcorn or chicken tenders and laughed about how they were out of food. Told us it'd be a 20-30 minute wait for popcorn. How does a theater run out of popcorn? We get into theater 3, the previews start and the bright service lights are still on, lighting up the entire room and washing out the screen. I walked all the way to the front to tell the gentleman checking tickets about it to have them turned off. Cannot recommend enough that you avoid this place.
