AMC Arrowhead 14

We had a disappointing experience at this movie theater. My husband and I felt racially profiled at the bar when we were refused service for a glass of house cab because I didn’t have my movie ticket on hand. Unfortunately, both the manager and the bartender, Chris and Daryn, were unhelpful; they declined to serve my husband, citing his tone as the issue. Additionally, the theater(Arrowhead AMC) was dirty and run-down, with broken chairs(ripped seats with unmarked, unreadable numbers for the seats, debris in between the seats, making the movie theater experience uncomfortable) that made for an uncomfortable experience. After finding our seats and seeing the poor condition of the venue, we went to customer service to request a full refund for everything. The manager there complied, but we decided we would never return to this theater again. We highly recommend going to Harkins(Arrowhead Harkins) down the road instead(less than a mile down the road and a very lovely experience); they have much better employees, bar service, and overall facilities.

I am blown away, may I just say thks theater is so clean and so well kept I felt like stepping into a proper AMC location. It was my first time at this location because I live closer to Westgate 20 which definitely fell far from the tree but this location has it together and is very comfortable and relaxing. It was quiet, not crowded, popcorn was fresh, and the staff was great on top of it. Definitely well deserved 5 stars! 🙌

Fantastic Movie Experience at AMC Arrowhead 14! I had a great time at AMC Arrowhead 14 — this theater really delivers on comfort and convenience! The reclining chairs were super comfortable, giving that relaxing, premium feel that makes watching a movie so much more enjoyable. The whole space felt clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which definitely added to the overall experience. The location is perfect — right in Arrowhead Towne Center with lots of restaurants and eateries nearby if you want to grab a bite before or after the show. Some great options close by include Bubba's 33 for classic American fare, Sizzle Korean Barbecue for delicious Korean BBQ, Chompie's Restaurant, Deli, and Bakery for a casual meal or brunch, and Potato Corner for a quick snack. There’s really something for everyone just steps away from the theater. Overall, this is one of my go-to spots for movies — great seats, pleasant environment, and a fantastic surrounding area to make a full night out of it! 🎬🍿

First time visiting this AMC theater location. Several of us waited outside until they opened at 12:00. The movie I wanted to see wasn’t showing until 3:00; so I chose another movie ‘Wuthering Heights.’ An adult ticket was $16.15, and a regular fountain drink is $8.05. Not a good value for the time of day, and too much for a fountain drink. The theater was clean, and the seats are ok. There were less than a dozen to see this film. After the show I visited the men’s room. It was fare in being kept, but had an odor that doesn’t resonate with being clean. Not sure if I’d return to see a movie here. There’s another AMC location in Surprise that offers discounts for matinee showings. As for the movie, it’s nothing like the classic. I’m tempted to read the book again as the film’s dialogue was rather vulgar. Some of the scenes are raunchy. The only thing they held back upon was full nudity. If you’re looking to see a modern version of a classic, you may be disappointed in this film. This theater affords mall parking, and is detached from the mall.

It's in a shopping mall that is close to the house. I go usually on discount days as a member. Standard fare, popcorn and soda fountain self serve. They provide my free refill to go if requested. Seats are ok, seen cleaner but seen worse. I go back so I recommend.
