The movie we saw was great, the problems we experienced were due to other issues. There was no one at the front to check us in, had to wait for someone to finally come up to scan our digital passes. The soda machines were out of the flavor of drink we prefer and the bar service and food prep was very slow, we almost missed the start of the movie. The bar offers drinks they don't have the ingredients to make, i.e. Martini/Dry with olives- no dry vermouth stocked and no olives etc. If food other than just popcorn and candy is offered the seating should at very least have flip up mini table tops especially if your served a 10" pizza in a 14" box as we were. Not our best AMC Experience.

The old lady running concessions tonight on 2/26 was extremely rude and didn't know how to run the cash register. It's not my problem you don't like your job, I asked if theres any ghostface cups and got hit with attitude. I asked for just a large drink after and then proceeded to get told that my debit card is a gift card and that it only charged a dollar, tried again and declined, pulled out my other card from a DIFFERENT BANK and got hit with more $1 charges after several tries. So she took that $5 from me and didn't even let me have the cup. Crazy that I pay almost $25 a month to get treated like that. Might be time to rethink stubs and AMC in general.

This was a nightmare of an experience. I ordered tickets online early in the day to see Sonic 3, upon arrival at the theater my wife and I walked in, the lobby seemed like a ghost town, we wanted to see what collectible items were available at the concession stand, on our way up, out of nowhere an employee appeared, rushing over to us asking to see our tickets before entering the queue for concessions. She scanned our tickets and told us we would be in auditorium 7 on our right as if nothing was wrong. We ordered popcorn and candy and took a seat outside the Auditorium as we arrived almost 30 minutes early. While waiting we noticed the lobby floors were dirty and there was messed here and there of popcorn and other theater snacks that had been left and not cleaned up, most of the trash cans were overflowing and my wife said the bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere and were overall pretty disgusting and unkept. We overlooked this as we just wanted to see our movie. When we finally enter the auditorium we took our seats and waited for something to happen. We were greeted with a solid black screen and no sign of life anywhere. We were now accompanied by another party of 3. We all waited together for something to give, an ad to roll, a movie trailer to play or something. One of the other group got up and left, coming back a short time later telling his friends the movie had been cancelled. All this waiting and being told where to go and buying themed concessions and not one person was going to tell us the movie wouldn't actually be playing. That's rough. We went back to the lobby and asked for a refund on everything, tickets, candy, popcorn and soda. They refunded the food and drink, but when it came time to refund the tickets, they said there was no way since I paid with PayPal and the best they could do would be to give us a gift card, unsure if we would make another attempt to return her or to any other AMC theater, I decided to ask for a manager. When he arrived he brought a small case full of re-admission passes. Offering this in place of a refund. Eventually he decided to just ring up a bunch concessions equal to a little more than we paid for everything and had me insert my card, refunding us and then some. While this was a nice gesture and was appreciated. I would rather see them do better, get staff who actually take their jobs seriously. Take pride in the workplace and actually keep it clean. This left a bad taste in our mouth as I once defended AMC theaters as being the best in entertainment. With a lot of other establishments, it seems AMC has begun to cut corners where it can, leaving room for experiences like this. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this theater

I had the best experience with AMC, especially there at that location where I usually get the best help from 1 or all of 3 workers I've came to recognize, I went ahead and asked them when I noticed them working. Alex A. Holly M. Alysha N. Each one of them went above and beyond every time as well as address any kind of concern I have. Very great workers and I am glad I was able to catch them all working together. Braviiii

Sound is way too loud, to the point it hurts especially in IMAX. Don’t look at the seats in the light or with your flashlight, they are falling apart - not to mention having multiple issues with chairs not working or seat heater button broken. Biggest annoyance is one singular hand dryer in each bathroom. There needs to be a hand towel option. You are either awkwardly waiting to dry your hands and/or getting sprayed on because the air blade dryer is located between the two sinks. Theater needs paper towels Also the ceiling of the bathrooms are disgusting.
