My wife and I have enjoyed the service the Mike Stapley Insurance Office (American Family Insurance) provides for decades. One of the main reasons is the exceptional customer service we receive from Jennifer Pitts. Jennifer represents the very best in client care - she is responsive, polite, empathetic (possibly her greatest trait) and a true professional. We have always been confident that whatever situation may arise with our auto or home insurance needs, a satisfactory solution will be developed by Jennifer. Knowing that our automobiles and home are safely in Jennifer's hands provides us assurance and peace of mind on a daily basis.

I have never had a worse experience with any insurance agency. My claim was denied and trying to get clarity on why has been a nightmare. Mike Stapley dodged my calls, emails and lastly actually hung up on me! In short they did not provide the explanation as requested. They don’t hold up their end of the Bargain and should not be trusted.

First time working with Scott Precise and his name aptly fits him. Scott was pleasant and profession but most importantly detail oriented. Extra questions didn't phase him as no question was too small in detail for him to handle smoothly. Such a huge difference than the broker agency i had just left.
