Had to replace my original house windows, they were single pane and deteriorating being blasted in the sun all these years so it would get cold at night. Just had these new windows installed by RA just a couple of days ago and you can feel a tremendous difference. The heater does not kick off as often. Operating the windows are easy and they will explain to you the ways that they can function. The crew came in on a rainy day so they had a short window (pun there) to beat the weather before it were to shower again. They installed 12 windows in 4 hours with clean up and removal. Just observing these gentlemen they had great attitudes, worked well each other, very efficient, attention to detail, great with our dogs (tried to keep them away but they were so curious). Overall, we are impressed by the quality of windows and people of RA! Our kids love them as well as our dogs love looking out the window.

Our service experience started with a frustrating problem — the lock on our French doors broke and we couldn’t open the doors to access our backyard. While the situation was inconvenient, there was a surprising silver lining: the doors were so secure that even the technicians hadn’t seen this issue before. In fact, they were so tightly locked that it took two different techs on separate service calls and a lot of time just to get them open. Anyone thinking about breaking in would have had a very tough time! After initially being told it might take a week or more just to determine next steps, followed by additional weeks to receive parts and schedule installation, I called again and asked if someone could at least get the doors open in the meantime. That’s when Service Tech Al showed up and immediately began working through the problem. He didn’t say it couldn’t be done, didn’t ask us to simply wait weeks for parts, and didn’t push the issue off to the service department. He took the time to troubleshoot and work toward a solution — something many service techs in any industry don’t always do — and it made all the difference. His goal was simple: get the doors functioning until the new parts arrive, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Al even went back to the shop, picked up a locking mechanism, and returned the same day to make sure our doors could open and still lock securely while we wait for the permanent fix. That level of care, ownership, and commitment is rare and greatly appreciated. Huge shout-out to Al from Renewal by Andersen. Because of his service and the quality, security, and look of these doors, Andersen is absolutely our go-to for future patio door replacement, upcoming window projects, and any service needs.

The whole experience, and everyone along the way, made this one of the best experiences I have had with a home improvement compan. They exceeded all my expectations, even cleaned up after the work. Also, minimal dust and install time. Fast and clean. They even handled some other contractors we needed for finishing work needed after having one of our 16 windows resized. A massive help. My Renewal by Anderson experience has been second to none. From sales to installation and cleanup after the job is done. As a friend who used to work for them once told me: they are the Ferrari of windows. Better than that, the crew that came to my house today was absolutely stellar. They arrived right on time at 7am, installed multiple extremely large picture windows, half-moons and combos that sat up high, in difficult positions, in 111F heat with a dust storm and monsoon on the way. They finished at 6pm and now, not only do I have excellent, high performance windows that will save me a ton on my electricity bill, the new windows were installed just in time for the haboob and monsoon that arrived just after they left.
