Anderson Powersports Lake Havasu

This place is great. We had been trying to purchase a Can am from another dealer in St George utah and after getting the run around, selling the one out from under us, and then telling us we were denied, we decided to give Anderson a call. They not only had the exact same model we were looking for, it was 3000 less. Frank the sales guy was so responsive, and 4 hrs later we got a call saying we were approved. Went down. The next day, signed paperwork and drove off. This was the most painless purchase I think we have ever done. These guys Rock. Shoutout to Frank and Justin for being so responsive and communicative and getting this done in record time. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Anderson Motorsports was the most customer service friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced! Frank Salcido helped us in many ways and went far above and beyond to make our important selection of our new Can Am Maverick X3 R Turbo a great experience. Not only answering questions and providing test drives, he listened to understand our needs. We had a size limitation concern due to the slide on our toy hauler. He took special measurements for us many times when we were away. They even waited for us for two hours after they closed on a Saturday night, as we were delayed with our trailer, to make the final purchase. Our entire family, including our five grandkids are delighted to have our new toy in time for our Glamis trip to the dunes. Everyone is excited to ride or drive it. We plan to use it on the road too in Lake Havasu where we enjoy living as much time as we can spend. I strongly recommend Frank and Anderson Motorsports.

Absolutely amazing time with nothing but the best customer service. Jamie and Justin really did everything in their power and went out of their way to assure my experience was certainly one of the best. Considering my purchase was done 100% online without ever having stepped foot in their dealership, my experience was better than every other powersports dealer I've been to, all over the country. Anderson Powersports in Lake Havasu City has absolutely exceeded my expectations and has absolutely set the bar high for customer service. I would 1000% recommend stopping in if you're ever in the market for powersports. Even being halfway across the country, making my purchase behind a computer screen, I can certainly say I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Want to thank everyone that helped me this past week. Was doing the AZPT and had a tire/ wheel problem. Arrived after 3 pm and was in need of some help. The staff listened to what I needed and started making arrangements for me.to take my machine to there other Havasu location for assistence. 2 employees met me out in the parking lot to see what I needed. We a hour and a half later I was on my way with a new wheel and my existing tire mounted and installed. If your every in need of assestence this is the place to go! P.S. I am from Texas and don't even ride a manufacturer that they sell. 5 stars for me☆☆☆☆☆

We got our first WaveRunner this weekend and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The sales rep Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking us through all available stock and options without any pressure. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The finance guy Justin was just as great—super efficient, transparent, personable and made the paperwork process easy and painless.
