Andretti Indoor Karting & Games

This place is amazingly fun, from the arcade to bowling, and the kids track is phenomenal. A young man named Jackson was super kind and helpful. It was my daughter’s first time and he showed her exactly what to do at an age appropriate level. Though I can’t speak for the larger track as I didn’t use it, just by looks it looked super fun! Can’t wait to come back! Definitely a must visit spot for the west valley!

Went to the one in Glendale with my parents and my son. We had an absolute blast. We each raced 3 times. Ate a couple of appetizers. Highly recommend the giant pretzel! The adult cars are very fast! There was so many things to do there we just didn't have the time for everything. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Our birthday party was so organized. They communicated everything every step of the way. It was so much fun and the staff was so nice. The only thing they can improve is giving some guidance on how much food to order. I didn't have enough food for the amount of people I had and I wish I had more of an idea about their portions. It was really pricey too.

Came for a team-building event. It was a great time; we had a catered room with desserts, pizzas, and sliders. All the food was great, well above expectations. The games on the floor were also pretty good. I ended up with a few stuffies. The real attraction is the racing. The karts are really fast at your leisure. I just wish there was more time on the track, but I'm guessing that's what everyone wants also! Overall, a really great experience.

We attended a birthday party yesterday and had an amazing experience from start to nearly the very end. Unfortunately, two employees’ unprofessional behavior completely overshadowed what should have remained a 5-star visit. While taking photos near the Andretti sign by the bowling desk, we specifically asked the employee on the left if it was okay to do so, and she confirmed that it was not a problem. A short time later, another employee—who was unaware that permission had already been given—walked directly in front of us while we were taking photos, without saying “excuse me,” and abruptly told us to stop because we were behind her workspace. To clear up the confusion, my friend and I approached both employees calmly. While one employee apologized, the other stated that her behavior was due to being on her menstrual cycle. We were completely taken aback by this response. Personal matters are never an appropriate explanation for being rude or dismissive toward customers. This interaction was incredibly disappointing and unnecessary. Our families truly had an awesome time overall, and the birthday party host was phenomenal. However, the experience was unfortunately soured at the very moment we were trying to capture memories of a special occasion. What should have been a 5-star experience ended as a 1-star due solely to the lack of professionalism displayed during this interaction.
