Apache Lake Marina

The road to the marina is now paved from 188 12 mi in to the turn off to the restaurant and Marina. It is a little wider than it was before but still have to pay attention going around the curves.

Apache Lake is a beautiful place. However, we will never camp here again. The camping is a free for all, there are no dedicated spots. It was over crowded and horribly loud. Big parties of people were blasting music nearly all night and the bathrooms were disgusting. We felt like we were camping on top of each other with tents right next to one another in the scant grass areas for camping. They don't seem to cap the number if people who can camp there. Never ever again will we try to tent camp here. Once we got out on the lake, it is beautiful and serene because the lake is so huge and long that you could go for a good portion of the day without seeing anyone else. Very worth it to rent a boat and get away from the populated area. We didn't stay in the hotel and will try that next time. The road to the lake was rough, I can't imagine trying to drive it in a small car.

Amazing views, Amazing Staff, all around amazing day. The staff was very helpful when we decided we didnt want to Kayak and wanted to rent a Pontoon for the day. Helped us navigate the boat and told us the best places to see. Thank you very much for the day. WE WILL BE BACK IN 2 WEEKS.

Booked a room with a kitchen but the chemical smell was too much for me. They gave me another room that didn't smell. Very nice receptionist.

We had our first Leadership retreat here last weekend and we had the time of our lives! This place is amazing! Everything from the initial site tour to the check in process, and the amenities they provide. Our group consisted of Approximately 47 adults and children and even with the party this size the staff made sure we were well taken care of! Clean rooms and delicious food! The bar was a cool spot we got to hang out at, and the Pontoon boats were the overall favorite part of the trip for everyone. If you are planning an event for your company or even a large family reunion, look no further! Apache Lake Marina & Resort has is all!
