Mike is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and did not rush in the slightest. His well trained ear and years of experience with this product picked up a very subtle problem that we can easily address under warranty. He really helped me understand the entire maintenance process. This is important to me since one day this generator might be running my entire home for an extended period of time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and completed the update within a few minutes.
