FeaturedArizona Nordic Village (formerly Flagstaff Nordic Center) offers over 50 kilometers of groomed trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat tire biking at 8,000 feet elevation. We booked ANV for the weekend of 9/19-9/21 for our wedding. We reserved the entire property, which was honestly the best decision we ever made. They gave us PLENTY of notice (as in, months in advance) to let us know they had a meeting on check-in day, and that we wouldn't have access to one space until after 4 p.m. (which worked with our schedule). They actually finished early, and we were able to check in, no problem. On-site staff were super helpful for guests who were checking into the cabins/yurts, and made sure they explained how to check in guests who arrived after the gate closed. We were able to contact staff after hours to assist with the gate, no problem. Throughout the weekend, they were helpful with everything we needed. They made our weekend so easy & seamless, I hope they enjoyed all the food/desserts we left for them to enjoy!

We hosted an overnight wedding here and everything was perfect! The staff were super friendly from beginning to plan to cleaning up. We are so grateful we found the perfect outdoor forest venue that was away from town enough to be very quiet and peaceful but still very easy to get to. Highly recommend this spot for your event or just an overnight stay. 😁

Arizona Nordic Village hosted our wedding. Their staff was attentive and responsive through the tour, registration, final walkthrough, and the event itself. All of their staff were enthusiastic and supportive of our event, lending helping hands and working smoothly with our vendors. The site itself was beautiful and green during our end of July event. The day of accommodations in the Ponderosa Suite and the Nature Discovery Center yurt (bridal and groom suite respectively) were clean and welcoming. Notes: We did bring in additional sound equipment and we did not stay the night. Our friends that did stay overnight enjoyed their cabins.

We provided reception DJ, planning assistance, and uplighting. You will definitely need ceremony sound, as the venues system is inadequate, but it will need to be a high-powered battery operated system. They also charge extra for the bathroom trailer if you're planning a wedding, but the aesthetic is great and the getting ready space is pretty cool.
