Dr. Bonacci at Arizona Pain and Posture is truly amazing. After being involved in a car accident, my nervous system was completely thrown off, and I was dealing with ongoing issues in my neck and back. From the very first visit, Dr. Bonacci took the time to really understand what was going on, not just structurally but neurologically. His approach to realigning and regulating the nervous system has made a huge difference in how my body feels and functions. I’ve noticed real improvements in my neck, back, and overall sense of balance and calm in my body. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about long-term healing, not just quick fixes. If I could give Dr Bonacci 10 stars, I would!! If you’ve been looking for a chiropractor with a different, gentle approach, this is the place to go. I was a complicated case, with years of unresolved neck and back issues. I am so happy to say that after several months with Dr. Bonacci, I have significant improvement in all areas! There is no harsh cracking, no uncomfortable neck moves, just personalized, friendly, relaxing treatments. I am back to working out and I have avoided surgery or harsher treatments! He gave me significant improvement in all of my symptoms, I am moving better, and my posture is better too. Also, my family members have ended up seeing him as well, one for a sudden back issue, and one for alignment issues, both were resolved within just a few sessions.
