Took Motor Home in for new carburetor and hydraulic slide out issue. Carburetor was replaced and found issue with slides was tied to deteriorating batteries. Before and after pictures shown. Everything was very professional. Only recommendation I would have is if you need vehicle by a certain time that you let them know that ahead. I didn’t do this figuring it would just be a week or so assuming parts were available. Also we had no immediate trips planned so at this time it wasn’t an issue. Once I communicated to them that I was going to need it by a certain time they responded by getting it finished within about a week which worked out perfectly. Overall very satisfied with this experience.

5 years ago I contacted AZ RV Services as a RV newbie that had made a lot of mistakes. I contacted them and immediately felt comfortable with our conversation regarding the services that I needed for my Class C. I trust and HIGHLY recommend Dave and the gang to work on my new Montana 5th wheel for anything!

Great service from start to finish! The team was quick, kind, and very willing to work with my needs. They made sure everything was taken care of before I headed out on a long road trip. When my awning broke off during a storm, they jumped in to help right away. Allie and Holley were absolutely amazing—Holley kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was completely comfortable before any work or charges were done. I even had my cat in the trailer, and they worked around her with such care and patience to make sure she felt safe. Overall, outstanding service and genuine people. Highly recommend them!

Lots of options on RV Row in Mesa, but this should be your only stop for service. Quick, efficient, communicative, but more importantly skilled. I was in a bind, they were able to fit me in, and had me back on the road far sooner than I expected to be. The entire staff is also very friendly (and love dogs!) which made the experience pleasurable versus just a necessity.

This is a high-quality professional shop. The best experience I’ve ever had paid. They pay attention to detail and customer service and I would highly recommend anybody that needs anything done their RV to take it here. You won’t find a better shop for repairs paint whatever you need Dave was unbelievable and trying to fulfill anything I wanted I would highly recommend them great place. Also, Matt is their shop foreman. He has unbelievable knowledge a great attitude customer orientated.
