My buying experience of my new Heritage Classic at Arrowhead was outstanding. Ron the sales rep along with the support staff were super cool & professional. I recommend them if pursuing a new bike.

Hands down the best customer service i have ever had. i had so many questions as a first time buyer and each question was answered with wisdom and patience. they hooked me up with a helmet and some goodies for the bike and even helped me install a couple small parts!! 10/10 will be back!!!

I had a great experience buying my first Harley from Cody Gurule at arrowhead Harley Davidson. He wasn’t like a typical salesperson who follows you around , he gave me time to look around and come to him with questions. We went over the pros and cons of each bike and figured out which bike was best for my wife and I . Cody was even nice enough to ride with me on the 101 on my way home , it really was the best experience you could ask for . I highly recommend anyone looking for a Harley to go see Cody at Arrowhead Harley Davidson.

I was actually looking for a used bike that was at another dealer. Phil showed me a new model that had special .99% financing that got me on a new bike. Also helped with logging in and buying insurance for the bike. He went over all the controls the next day when I picked up the bike. Very happy with the new bike.
