Did have an issue come up and had reached out to them and got a response back from the owner‘s daughter who was wonderful. She listened to me and looked into everything for me and we got it all straightened out. Scott has been servicing our home for about 7 years and we couldn't be happier with his service. He is prompt, great at communicating with us, and he rid us of the scorpion infestation in our new home when our old company could not. Most recently during one of his monthly visits he discovered a termite tube in its beginning stages. He provided us with education on it as well as a plan to combat it. He's so friendly with our kids and our pup and is happy to come by if we spot ant hills or any other concerns between treatments. This post is long overdue! Thanks for all you do Scott!
