AZ Ice Gilbert

AZ Ice Gilbert is hands-down my favorite ice rink in the local area. Located right in Gilbert, AZ, this rink is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for skaters of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re here for public skating, hockey, or figure skating, AZ Ice consistently delivers a great experience. What truly sets AZ Ice Gilbert apart is their Learn to Skate program. The coaches are some of the best and most patient instructors I’ve ever encountered. They take the time to work with each skater individually, creating a supportive and encouraging environment that builds confidence on the ice. You can tell they genuinely care about helping skaters improve, no matter their starting level. The staff is friendly, organized, and professional, making everything from check-in to classes run smoothly. The rink atmosphere is family-friendly and energetic, and it’s clear this place is a cornerstone of the local skating community.

I love going to ice skate here! the only problem I have is that there are WAY to many people here sometimes. I also wish that the seating for the south and north pole was heated. Also that for public skate they could have more times or maybe have a time in the north pole. Over all great place to skate or start to learn!

Playing adult hockey at AZ Gilbert Ice Rink has been an amazing experience! The rink is always well-maintained, and the staff does a great job of organizing the leagues and keeping things running smoothly. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting back into the game, there’s a spot for you. The level of competition is great, but the atmosphere remains fun and welcoming. The community of players is awesome, and it’s been a blast being a part of it. If you’re looking to play hockey in the area, I highly recommend checking out the adult leagues at AZ Gilbert Ice Rink!

Poor management. Skates for rent are in terrible condition. Bathrooms are gross. Learn to skate instructors seem good. Given the choice, I would not visit this arena, but I have a $130 credit here. I mistakenly signed up my child for lessons at this arena. Within 2 hours I called and asked to cancel.

The people here are the absolute best! So helpful and kind. We had an amazing experience and I'd recommend coming out here to skate to anyone.
