Rob is hands-down one of the most thoughtful, reliable, and skilled people I know. He’s been an incredible friend and has always gone out of his way to help me with my 3rd gen 4Runner. Not only has he helped me purchase quality off-road gear, but he’s also installed and hardwired my ARB fridge, rock lights, LED lights, and HAM radio — all with incredible attention to detail. Rolling through town and needed some work done, had to wait a week for gearing parts then another week for more bearing instal parts after the job started, got the Jeep back while waiting on more differential parts and the final work to be done but my calls and texts were never returned. Called and texted daily for two weeks with zero reply. Had to order new parts and have someone else complete the job. Update, “owner” says I was never a customer so I added a pic of my Jeep in the bay waiting to be worked on.

Ordered part that showed in stock, even showed in stock in their ebay store. Charged my card 3 days later. Never sent tracking number. Emailed them a after week after the billing, no response. Called, no answer, left message. Next day called again at opening, finally got someone. Part was out of stock and not available for 30 days estimated time. Tried to sell me more expensive alternative. Bad communication, bad billing practice, poor inventory management earns no business from me.

This is the only shop I trust to work on my Jeep. They are honest and hardworking guys. They tell you the honest truth and I appreciate that. They are busy so be sure to call and schedule an appointment for your needs.
