I was waiting in line for 40 minutes to check in for an appointment I made. By the time two people were in front of me, I received a text from banner that my appointment was canceled. I was there since they opened. If this wasn't bad enough, when I called back to reschedule, I was hung up on twice and heard someone on the other side of the line that she didn't have "time for this bullshit". I had to go there in person again to set up an appointment because she clearly didn't have time to set up another appointment for me. No more slots this week (tuesday). I am going through nicotine withdrawals and if my performance doesn't increase within the next couple of days, I will have to be let go from my workplace. I guess banner health recommends smoking cigarettes and hanging up on people as acceptable behavior. Don't get me started on trying to get a PCP through banner it's been six years , and every time they tell me they found a primary care physician for me and set up an appointment, within 2-6 weeks, i get a phone call saying that the primary care physician that they had set up an appointment with no longer works for banner. It has been seven years of this constant cycle. I wish I was joking, but this entire process is worse than canada's health care in a nutshell. I would have better luck becoming a canadian citizen and setting up an appointment for 9 months out. At least they are people of their word. Which clearly means nothing to Banner.

It’s clear when upper management is doing a horrible job of supporting their staff and the experience I had at this location is a great example of that. I scheduled an appointment and wasn’t seen for more than an hour past my appointment time. I had to sit there looking at a sign on the wall about how they know we have busy lives so make an appointment because they know our time is valuable. However when I expressed polite frustration at having to wait so long after my appointment the staff members practically rolled their eyes at me and were very dismissive. It’s clear they are burnt out from having to tell people they are sorry for the wait and upper management needs to give them better support so they can see patients in a timely manner. I have not had a problem like this at Nextcare.

Ann Marie the NP was great - she gets 5 stars!! Other than that, definitely negative experience compared to other times I have been to that location. Usually support staff is sweet & friendly - but this time NOT! Long wait, even with appt. Lobby was empty but still took 2½ hours.

I was visiting from CA and got sick and made an appointment with Banner Urgent Care at this Campbell location. I love how easy it was to make an appointment. The waiting room was clean as were the rooms. Team were friendly and knowledgeable. Wish it was this easy in CA 👍🏼 Thank you for the ease and quick service. Hopefully on my next visit I’m not sick but if I am I know where to go 👍🏼

I had an awkward moment as soon as I arrived. I requested a visit to the restroom, only to gain access I could not find the light switch. It would behoove you to have a motion activated light go on upon entry. SUGGESTION! When the "dust settled", i was seen and immediately tested for the flu, which was positive. A prescription for Temiflu was immediately sent to my pharmacy. It was overall a positive experience.
