Bass Pro Shops Glendale

I came to shop here with family near Christmas. It was busy, but the workers were helpful and the store was clean. There is a fun “mini-aquarium” that the kids liked, and lots of taxidermy-preserved animals on display.

We went so our granddaughters could visit Santa. It is a nice setup and every employee we encountered was wonderful. Sweet with the littles, without being saccharin, and most importantly. . . patient. Seriously - EVERY "elf" was great. I also really, really appreciate it that they are okay with people taking their own photos and it blew my mind that your first photo from them is free. It also was a pleasant surprise to see how reasonably priced the photo packages were: we got eight of the (4x6?) photos for $20 and the file so we can print more. The whole place is such a great experience. The grown ups had as much fun as the kids. The aquarium was a huge hit and the display in the middle with the waterfall and labeled animals was fascinating. I did not personally go to the museum but those of my party who did said it was interesting and worth checking out. Having benches around the large Christmas tree was such a great idea- a place to rest and, of course, a great spot for some pictures. We, of course, did a little of what Bass Pro shops hopes we would do. . .shopping-- and again any employee we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. Oh- and the most important of all for this mom/grandmother- the bathrooms were spotless!

Love this store. Love the team. love the prices on ammo and options for our family- The staff there are always friendly and helpful. I often walk out learning at least 1 new thing about either hunting, ammo, knives or wilderness in general. like a playground for my husband and I. Of course some items are beyond our financial scope or reality but heck- still fun to look and dream :P

Always such a fun place to visit! The kids have a blast (and yes, it definitely wears them out). Pricing is fair, and their Winter Wonderland right now makes it even better. The staff is so helpful and incredibly kind, even with how busy it gets. My only delta is the push for the credit card. I’m greeted with the offer at the door, I stated that my spouse already has one and I’m on the account, and there is still a push for me to get my own account.

We brought our two year old grandson to see Santa at this store recently. Everything — everything! — about the visit was excellent. Santa and his helpers were so kind and pleasant to everyone waiting for their turn. Our little guy loved all the taxidermy and displays. Well run store!
