Ben great service πππππππππππππππππ βΈ» I recently had the pleasure of playing at Bear Creek Golf Complex in Chandler, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The course itself offers a fun and enjoyable layout thatβs perfect for golfers of all skill levels β from beginners to seasoned players β and the greens and fairways are in excellent condition, making each round feel smooth and rewarding. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Ben went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. His friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He even offered to lend me his own pair of gloves when he heard that Iβd forgotten mine. Overall, whether youβre looking for a challenging 18-hole round, a fun executive course, or just a laid-back day out on the links, Bear Creek is well worth a visit β especially thanks to team members like Ben who elevate the experience even further!

Really nice golf course. The areas that need to be maintained, fairway, tee box, green, etc. are very lush and green. Don't be deceived by the dirt, it really is a hazard space. I think the pricing was a little high for the course, but the carts were in excellent condition as well as everywhere else. Staff was friendly and pace of play was pretty good, for a Monday. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town

Course is awesome. 99% of the employees are amazing. 1 star for LeslieAnn at the shop, she is very unprofessional, yelling at my group for saying we didnβt pay. Causing a scene. In the end, she was wrong. Didnβt apologize or acknowledge her wrongdoing. Probably because she has blue hair. Shout out Judy at the start of the morning at the shop. Sheβs actually awesome!

Iβve gone to this course several times and I am always reminded of the issues. I donβt recommend this course considering there are others nearby with much better overall conditions and experiences. My biggest issue with this course is the range conditions, the facility and the cost. This course is extremely overpriced compared to other courses in the area. Today, we went to the range and had to wait with 7 others just to be able to hit. We had to share the same hitting area and the conditions were awful. There is never grass to hit off of and itβs always packed dirt or sand. The range and first tees are 500 yards from the pro shop and bag drop area which is so inconvenient. If you plan to walk or just come to hit range balls, you need to remember that you will have to walk a good distance to the first tees. Weβve also faced issues multiple times now where the range has been closed. I highly recommend calling before becuase the range was closed during regular hours 3 times now. This is not shown on the website and the hours are incorrect/misleading online.

Easy course. Course is well kept and lots of little wildlife along the way to keep it interesting. Only real issue I have is that the course never stops at the clubhouse at any point for like a halfway snack, drink and bathroom break. Drink cart only came around one time the whole round so not being able to stop at the clubhouse ourselves was a bummer. Barely any bathrooms along the course as well, and no water tanks either. If they fix that issue the course would be a great basic and easy course.
