Behmer Roofing

What a pleasure it was to work with Behmer Roofing with our two roofing projects this past month. Replacing a roof is not something you do every day, nor is it something you really want to do...but the experience using Behmer was A++++. We had multiple companies provide us estimates and decided to work with Behmer Roofs based on their reviews, long history in the Valley, but also the one/one communication. We had Behmer replace the underlayment under two tile roofs that were about 25 years old, along with sections of the flat roofs. Beginning with Jeff with the onsite Estimate (and millions of questions to follow), Linda with the scheduling and daily updates, and of course the crew lead Miguel...everyone was amazing to work with. Both roof projects went smoothly without any issues, and the crew cleaned up after every day. I would without a doubt recommend Behmer for your roofing project.

Although I only took a single star away, overall I cannot say I was particularly happy with my experience and probably would not recommend them. The office communicated consistently, however onsite communication was nearly non-existent. Unfortunately the first workers arrived during school drop off and and I was only barely able to acknowledge that I was expecting them and they were clear to start working (communicating via my video doorbell is always a challenge). Spoke with a worker later briefly to establish where the dump truck should be parked and that was it. Perhaps my expectations were off, but I fully expected to be contacted by the onsite foreman that first day to review the work to be done but that never happened. Project took a few days and on the day that the office had communicated that they expected the work to be completed, the workers cleaned up and left. No review of the work, discussion of anything they found that might have been concerning, no feedback on the job whatsoever. The office had mentioned that they would be leaving early and might not confirm completion until Monday, however I still expected something from the onsite team. Not a roof guy, but when reviewing the results myself, some of the work looked a bit rough and definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as the original. Not that I could or can say anything was done bad or was "wrong", but there were a few areas where larger "trays"?? were installed. I could see that these larger parts would probably provide better drainage, but the "finish" are the trays was much rougher that the original. Ultimately emailed the office with my concerns regarding the work, lack of communication, and uncertainty that they were actually finished since no one spoke to us when they left. I did receive a response from the foreman(??) that he would be out Monday to perform a final signoff. Unsure if this Monday visit was always the plan or only planned in response to my email as prior communication from the office did not mention it. Once the review was complete, outside of straightening a crooked vent, they indicated that all work was as it should be. Cannot say that there was anything "wrong" with the work, but overall experience was not what I expected. Will attach some pictures of the completed work and let others make their own judgement.

From the first contact, via an actual (and accurate) quote I received in the mail, the process was smooth, friendly and fast! The price was significantly less than my neighbors have been paying so we moved ahead with the replacement of our tile roof underpayment. At least 5 of us in this neighborhood had Behmer complete the work on our roofs. There was no nickel and dime-ing upon completion, pricing held. The crew was very cordial and professional. They are employees and not subcontractors. We highly recommend Behmer Roofing!

Behmer roofing Scottsdale installed a metal roof on my home. They started on time and finished quickly without any mess in my yard. The roof is beautiful. Mr Baker went beyond and did some small repairs on another part of the house. I would recommend Behmer 100%.

Excellent experience with this company. They removed my old shake roof and installed a new asphalt tile roof. They completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of everyday. I would highly recommend using this company.
