I absolutely loved working with this dealership!! I am usually really skeptical of dealerships as we haven’t had the best of experiences with, well any of them. Right from the very beginning, the crew at Bell Lexus were awesome to work with. I found the car I wanted online and once they received my inquiry they sent me over a video of the vehicle, inside and out, and I really appreciated that. It already felt like a personalized experience. We went and saw the vehicle and it’s just overall an amazing vehicle. You can tell they really put in the time and effort to make sure they are putting out a good product. Their reconditioning process is extensive and very impressive. They make sure all aspects of the vehicle are quality - including oil life, good tires, and brake pads. It was clean inside and out. We worked with Alfonso Santos and he was great! Really sincere and personable. He made the experience so easy and comfortable. He was up front with us throughout the whole process and willing to answer any question we had without being pushy. We looked into trading in our vehicle, and I was really impressed with their honesty here. I was asking for more than they were able to provide and instead of spending an hour going back and forth, they were upfront with me about saying they weren’t going to meet my trade in value needs and advised me to do what was best for me to get the most for my current car. I was really impressed with that because it felt like they had my best interests in mind and weren’t just trying to come out on top or take advantage. Alfonso was really great and went out of his way to make sure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted and answer questions on the process. We also worked with Alfonso’s trainee, David (I can’t remember his last name) and he was so awesome and kind! Being in the dealership for the couple hours we were there you can just tell the staff enjoys being there and it’s so easy going and welcoming. I wasn’t happy with my big GX 550 SUV that I had bought sight-unseen before I moved to Arizona. It was so large and used so much fuel…it was really nice but just didn’t fit for me. I made an appointment at Bell Lexus to see Richard Von Braun aka “RVB.” RVB sat down with me and listened to my concerns and ideas about what I wanted. He asked questions and offered suggestions about features and options. He showed me several different Lexus SUVs and I selected the plugin hybrid version of the RX…Bell didn’t have the red color with the off white interior that I wanted so RVB located one in the factory line up and got it coming my way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new RX and love driving it! RVB and Anthony, the manager, made putting the deal together super easy with none of the hassles you dread when buying a car. I highly recommend seeing RVB if you’re looking for a Lexus and a caring, competent sales person.

I traveled 150 miles to Bell Lexus for new tires and an alignment today and was extremely pleased! Excellent service from Eric Murphy in service and the entire Bell team. They took care of my ole 1998 LS400 the same way they would any other vehicle! Above average service , exceptional integrity , extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. I will gladly make the trip for the rest of my services from here forward. I also worked with a salesman named Gary who was very professional and very knowledgeable on an interest I had for a 2018 LS500. The main thing at heart was that informed me on exactly what I needed and wanted. The gal in the customer lounge was also extremely gracious and patient with my children. The entire team had the best attitude and patience I have seen at any dealer. Always a smile, always a yes, and never showed any sign of frustration (even with my 3 young children frolicking around the facility. I’ll see you all soon for the new upgrade! We had such a pleasant car buying experience at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale, I feel the need to share. Before we even got to the showroom door, a salesman named Henri Doku approached us and asked if he could be of any assistance. We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he educated us about the different SUV models and the various trims available. Henri was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He treated us like serious car buyers from our initial meeting without any high pressure tactics. We took our first test drive Thursday morning and had several questions that came up once we went home. Henri was always available and responsive via text or calls … even on his day off. We had a specific seat configuration, as well as choice of interior and exterior colors and a few other options in mind. Henri found the precise vehicle we were looking for in transit arriving at the dealer within a day or two. We took a second test drive Saturday morning to be absolutely certain that this was the vehicle for us. Upon brief negotiations with Henri and Kris, the Finance Manager, we came up with what we felt was a very fair price. We were able to make a deal by Saturday afternoon and took delivery of the vehicle Monday evening. Bell Lexus made the transaction smooth and easy. We highly recommend this dealership. Be sure to ask for Henri … he is truly an exceptional automobile salesman!
