I’ve been coming here for over a year, and Dr. Abass is exceptional at what he does. His unique process—starting with heat and stimulation, followed by loosening up the back with a massage gun, and finishing with professional adjustments—has me walking out feeling significantly better than before I came in. I have been to many chiropractors in both Tempe/Scottsdale and Dr.Abass is without a doubt the best. 100% recommend.

The office was clean and organized and had a lot of equipment. The doctor was knowledgeable. I did not stay for treatment as I was thrown off by a few things. One being that I called to inquire on an adjustment would be possible without an assessment (as i would have come in another day when I had more time) and I was told to come on in. I came in but that was not the case which i was not told until after I completed all of the paperwork, was taken in the back and spoken to extensively about why certain medical things happen (I have migraines and he mentioned that he does not know much about them, but then continues to tell me general information). Lastly, most importantly, I was not asked a single question about what I did, my lifestyle or my previous experience with chiropractic. He did not review my paperwork before taking me back. I was talked at- not to (it was not a collaborative conversation) while being stood over (general power dynamic awareness was missing). He prompted me to say yes or okay when unnecessary which is sales tactic that reinforced the power dynamic. I was there for 30 minutes and did not feel heard or understood. I felt misled in the process. My insurance would’ve covered the session, but he wanted me to pay $60 out-of-pocket until he was able to confirm which is not typical in my experience. I’m sure he’s a great doctor, but all these things made my intuition scream to leave. I hope this review give some guidance for future clients.

The last chiropractor office I went to felt like I was on a conveyer belt and were ALWAYS asking/running promotions for us to give them 5 stars. Dr. Khayami has never done that. He makes you feel relaxed and listened to. He’s always understanding and makes sure he knows what he’s going to do to you before he does it. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a chiropractor.
