Who knew a tire shop could be the highlight of your day? Big O Tires on McDowell Road is! On our first visit, Jordan took care of us—spent about a thousand bucks, but honestly, it felt like money well spent because Jordan was so polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Then we met Todd, the manager who moved here from Abilene, Texas, and WOW. This guy is AWESOME. Not only did he help us save money on tires (always appreciated!), but he went above and beyond with the rest of our tire situation. You can tell he cares about his customers and his team. What really stands out is how Todd has transformed this place into a neighborhood shop rather than just another corporate tire center. The whole team is fantastic—great folks who clearly take pride in what they do. My only complaint? Todd keeps talking about Texas BBQ, and I haven't gotten to taste any yet! 😄 If you need tire work done, skip the other places and come here. You won't regret it!

Had another GREAT experience here yesterday with my oil change. Though they were busy on a Saturday morning, they had my car in within 10 minutes of my appointment time, completed the work faster than they had promised, & made sure I understand all of the notes from their inspection report. They even honored an offer from an earlier visit even though it wasn't noted in their system. (Integrity) I really appreciate how they never try ro pressure or hard-sell me; just provide helpful, quality service! Thanks again

I have been going here for a while for mostly tires and alignment but unfortunately don’t think I will be returning due to recent events. I had to take my truck back twice because they didn’t do the alignment right the first time. Fine. However, this last visit was the real mess up. I would say Big O needs to get rid of Todd but I’m sure the average person wouldn’t know better and he’s probably making Big O more money because of it. Unfortunately for Big O, I’m not the average customer which should have been obvious bc I brought my own tires in to mount and balance. I brought my tires in to Todd, he told me $105 (I thought it was a little high) I said cool, whatever. I waited a bit as they started and about 20 mins later he says hey these are the wrong tires. They are 225, not 245. I said shoot, maybe I did get the wrong ones. He said how much did you get them for? Let me know, give us a chance. I said sure let me just go home and make sure I didn’t make a mistake. Turns out, the tires changed size in my online cart but they were still the RIGHT TIRES. Hello??? So, then I realized they were trying to sell me tires and charge me more (it should be around $60 to install 2 tires). Either it’s incompetence or trying real hard to sell me, both of which I am not interested in dealing with. Would not recommend.

I took my car to Big O Tires for a tire issue, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. The tire was still under warranty, and they replaced it at no charge without any hassle. The process was straightforward, the staff was courteous, and the work was done quickly. Great customer service and an easy experience overall. I will definitely be back.

The staff at this location were very kind and helpful. From my first interaction to my last everyone was friendly which to be honest you don't see that very often anymore. I will definitely be going back. Ya'll were awesome! Keep up the great work!
