Great service!! I was recommended to come here for a flat tire. Front seat was very friendly. He had the tire specialist look at my tire before continuing with services to assure my tire can be patched. He was also very knowledgeable. I then decided to add an oil change as the prices were very fair. They said it would take about 2-3 hours, and they were done within that time. The waiting area was very open and clean. They also had the front door open with seating outside… it was a beautiful day & glad they offered that too! When I came back once my car was ready , I asked if I could use a coupon for my oil change, which they happily accepted. Overall, very satisfied!

The team provided excellent service after encountering an unrepairable flat while traveling through on vacation. They were able to quickly get us hard to find size new tires for our vehicle and had us back on the road quickly.

I’m always so happy with my services. Well priced and the staff is amazing! Especially my girl Krystal. To be honest, she’s the main reason for our repeated business with Big O.

Purchase 4 tires,with warranty and hazard. In a year needed 2 new tires no longer available to match. Rude customer service with no help from hazard warranty. Purchased 2 from another tire shop. Have a hole in 1 of big o tires, went for a patch to find out its not possible? But could purchase another tire so I would have 3 different tires on truck?. Waste of time,money for warranty that is useless. And customer service is so nonchalant about all of it. I will never go to or allow anyone i know to use big o tire. I will pay extra knowing that I will be treated better. If tires are sold that are no longer available for warranty, that shouldn't be customer to lose money over.

I called Krystal late in the day and needed 4 tires to make it to the new job when my other car had transmission problems on the first day of work. She pulled 4 tires from another store and got my other car on the road with an incredible economical price on the tires I needed. I’ll be calling her again soon bit more tires for my other cars shortly. She hit a home run every step of the way. Pepboys wanted double the cost and couldn’t even get the tires for two days. So Krystal really saved my week.
