This is one of the only places I take my car, honest straight to the point mechanics, even helped me out when I was short on cash. The way they run this bigO location should be studied and replicated across all others, they are amazing! I've had them replace tires, radiators, water pumps, filler neck for the coolant, oil changes on both my cars, and even more over the years and they always do it right

Big O Tire's staff are excellent customer service personnel. Friendly, engaging and professional. My tire repair was handled promptly and clearly explained. The best part was being handed an invoice for MUCH less than expected... NO charge!!! They certainly have earned the write to have me purchase my next set of tires from them!

I went in for an oil change as well as a brake and front end, steering system inspection. I had previously checked prices for an oil change at other businesses and Big O was the best price. I live on a very small monthly income so saving as much money as possible is always my goal if I can get quality work for the cost. While I was there I also received a quote for the thing's that I need repaired. The team was courteous and polite. One of the guy's even offered to share his cookies with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to ask for an estimate for a wheel alignment. Manuel was very nice and respectful. He answered all my questions and scheduled me to bring my car in. Day of the appointment I called and asked if they would take me in earlier than my appointment time and they did with no problem. Once I was there Sara took my info and checked me in. She was great very lively & kind. They did an inspection on my car and they were very honest. Overall very good customer service.

This location is my most trusted place in the state to take my car. I’ve often worked with Manny and he is great. Today I worked with Tim and he took great care of me. I love their oil change special and I always feel listened to if I have a concern. Thanks Big O!
