This location is just plain horrible. I asked them to mount and balance for tires I had. They where brand new. They did the worst job balancing I have seen pretty much ever. They put 4.5 ounces of wheel weights on one of the wheels and the rest where different levels of bad. Car shook like crazy. The psi of the tires was all over the place. And they broke 2 of my center caps. Tried gluing one to the wheel with tire glue. Had to take the car to another location to have them fix the balance. Manager was supposed to call me to address the broken center caps but of course he never did. Stay away. There are other location that are so much better.

GREAT SERVICE! Very honest people too. They didn’t charge me for putting a tire on last year. When I thought my brakes were going bad (they weren’t) they told me they were still good and didn’t charge me for the inspection. Ladies, if you are worried about going to the mechanic on your own, this place won’t up charge you or treat you any differently. 10/10 will be returning

Had a GREAT experience. I was 45 miles from home and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to return home until a new tire was shipped in. The staff was very friendly, empathetic and professional. I had a puncture from a screw on a new $550.00 run/flat tire on my Corvette that I somehow picked up. The repair was questionable however the Big O staff both plugged and also patched the tire from the inside so it was safe. There was no charge on the repair.

I've been going to the same location of Big O Tires for years, over on 1502 S Alvernon Way. This is largely due to the way I am treated - always with respect, never talked down to, never disregarded. Rosie has been a staple there for years and years, and I appreciate seeing a woman there in a front facing role. She's knowledgeable and welcoming - and makes me personally (as a woman with an older SUV that requires care beyond what I can do myself) feel comfortable being there and dealing with my vehicle. Evan was fantastic, personable, looked over everything, gave me options, and made me feel confident in the purchase. Had to replace all 4 tires, which was not a surprise to me, and they were in stock and my car was done quicker than expected. Overall, another good experience dealing with the inevitable nonsense that comes with vehicle maintenance.

Excellent service. Sent someone to warehouse to pick up tire, saving me an hours long wait for delivery. Highly recommended!
