Black Rock Coffee Bar - Chandler

Probably my fave BR location. Super spacious and lots of tables and high tops for working, studying, meeting up for a coffee date, etc. All the staff is always super sweet and friendly and I especially have to give a shout out to a few of them who are always so friendly, have great recommendations tailored to your taste and is always happy to go above and beyond!

My husband brought me a coffee home during his work break and to my extreme disappointment the cup was full of coffee grounds. Of course a little grounds may make it in the coffee, but the bottom of this cup was full of grounds. When I returned to the store, I experienced even more unpleasant service, I was met with a unsympathetic and impatient manager who is unwilling to provide excellent customer service.

Black Rock Coffee Bar has some of the best sugar-free drink options in town, in my opinion. The baristas are always friendly and super helpful, and the vibe here is great for getting work done. It can get a little too noisy for calls inside, but there’s outdoor seating that's much quieter if needed. My only complaint is that this location makes you wait in line for mobile orders. Other Black Rock spots usually set online orders on the counter for easy self-pickup, which I prefer.

I don’t know what some of these reviews are saying but this specific black rock is the best, top to bottom. Not many places have even a decent black cup of coffee, they do. not many coffee places play great music, they do. on top of that, the service and staff is always upbeat, willing to help, and extremely friendly. yes it’s a busy location, yes sometimes you have to be patient but not many coffee shops operate like this location. a special shout out to Bree and Nate in management and everyone on the staff as well. If i named them all it would take too long.
