Boo and Henry's Memphis Pit BBQ

This place is absolutely a gem. I wish I wish I knew this place was here much sooner! It’s absolutely delicious. Homemade,authentic bbq brisket ribs coleslaw mac & cheese the most delicious feast you could ever imagine. Great place for a party and awesome happy hour. Definitely recommend absolutely delicious. Don’t forget all the delicious homemade sauces. Try them all. They’re amazing.

Very hard to find solid BBQ. I do tend to be critical since each place usually claims to be the best. We ordered the burnt ends brisket and the wet ribs. Flavor wise, the brisket was decent, but I would like to have seen a little more burnt ends. A bit fatty, but decent tasting. The ribs were meaty, but not really fall off the bone like some places. Their sauces overall, were good but not great. The side of Mac and cheese was surprisingly good, the greens were a bit spicy, and the coleslaw was not my style. I believe they added mustard. The cornbread was a little dry. Overall, a decent place and I give it an average score. Excellent service.

3 stars for first try. I would give it another go. The food was presented well but wasn’t hot. It was mildly warm. The brisket, ribs and chicken were good however the Radioactive coleslaw was kinda different. Super yellow from turmeric powder and had bell peppers in it. The Mac n cheese was a little disappointing too. Did not have that homemade gooey goodness. It was like processed cheese. It’s fairly new so I would try it again before deciding if I would frequent any further. The place is super cute and nice inside and the service was outstanding. Give it a try.

I got invited out for a veteran fundraiser. I am so glad I came. Reminded me of the barbecue joints We used to go to while my son was going to school in tennessee. I loveD the food. It was great. My sandwich was so big.I ended up taking some home. The best part for me was how wonderful the staff were. They were kind friendly, professional attentive. But they worked like a machine... like family. They didn't ask each other questions. They just handled stuff, they handed each other stuff, they took care of us at the table, brought us stuff. It was great. Don't get me wrong. I love listening to the New York banter. In rays pizza, but these folks had it together in a way that worked like a clock the decor, menu, dessertsand the place was just great.I would go back again for sure. The team Ave owner made the fundraiser she takes great too. They really were having a good time too it seemed. Thank you!

I believe it was the perfect choice for my first day in the city. Nice food, nice service and incredible environment. The brisket was perfect. I tried a feeling chilly but nothing like the brisket in USA. I also tried a local beer, blonde, very refreshing and good taste. If you visit this place, don’t lose the chance to try the several sauces they have.
