I truly appreciate finding this shop. My vehicle has had a rough year and it is showing all over the place. I made an appointment here after being given a false diagnosis somewhere else. I really like that Borst can show you exactly why they diagnose an issue and offer great recommendations. I have to prioritize my service in to a few different steps and I appreciate them working with me on it. They have been supportive of the repairs I am willing to do and understand the ones I need to hold off on. I like that no one has tried to persuade me into doing anything but has offered solid advice on the best way to reach my goal. Working with Andy has turned a very stressful situation in to a much more manageable one. Thank you, I'll see ya soon!

The crew at Borst Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. Called last minute to see if I could get my cars oil changed and they were happy to fit me in. They were fast , friendly and thorough. Even finding an issue with my drain plug and taking care of it without trying to hose my for extra costs. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back.

OMG! Borst really came through for me. For decades I’ve been taking my Corolla to Avondale Toyota for service. I am diligent about maintaining my car. The last 3 times I took my car to Avondale Toyota, the charges were high, seemed I needed more done than usual. Finally this last time they sent me a list of repairs costing $4,000. I questioned this. The service advisor then said, “Oh, you just had a new water pump put in, you don’t need this.” Also, you just had your yada yada replaced and it is covered under warranty. Still, the cost was $3000. I decided to take my vehicle to Borst on the advice of someone I trust. Turns out Borst got me taken care of for $2000. Some of the things the dealer said I needed immediately, Borst checked and all was fine, those were bogus repairs. I highly recommend Borst Automotive. THANK YOU, BORST.

I have needed quite a bit of work on my Jeep and have been going to Borst since they opened this location. Andy was knowledgeable, informative and kind. He was patient with my mother as she worked through the payment link and kept us in the loop the whole time.

As someone who could care less about car things, they make it so easy and clear to understand what is going on, have an open and honest conversation; as well as really great prices. My family and I have been coming here for years and have been treated with respect every time. I look forward to my next visit!
