Click on reviews then lowest. If I had seen all one ⭐'s I would never had gone here I would like to preface this review with I did not walk in and ask you guys to pick my car apart and tell me I need a bunch of repairs that I know i dont need I came in for an OIL CHANGE THAT WAS ALL I ASKING FOR. I know my car I know where and how it has been driven and so I did not want it poked and proded I just wanted a simple oil change looking back I should have just gone to the Take Five oil change maybe but I needed more than the jiffy lube. I felt coming here would be safe but I was way wrong. So I needed just an oil change as I bought the truck from the dealer at 58000 so we know the dealer serviced it and then i took it to the dealer for the first oil change at 65000 so at 70 i just want an oil change. I got a bad feeling listening to someone else had come in for an oil change and so i reiterated I just want an oil change at there is nothing wrong with the car. The guy that checked me in seemed angry about this any case as i was leaving it seemed like the tech was smirking at me and so I am concerned they may have done some savatage so now I am not driving the truck till i get a mechanic to look for signs of tampering. So aggravating that we can not just get a simple oil change with out all the grief. Luckily i have another car and can park this one till I get it checked for any signs or evidence and once this is done and other 125.00 bucks later if i find no evidence of tampering I will remove the review but for now I am not driving it till it is looked over as my truck had no issues so after reading a few reviews I think it best to pay the 125.00 and have it checked for tampering . I would not recommend this place at all. what I noticed when i went to leave this borst auto was that the three rectangle lights above the ignition were blinking same as after i had the batter replaced but there should not blink after an oil change and when i google this is what comes up Those three blinking orange rectangles above your 2018 Ram's ignition are likely related to the Oil Change Due reminder and potentially a Traction Control/Stability Control or ABS issue triggered by the battery disconnect or service, often indicating a need to reset the oil reminder, but also pointing to potential sensor issues or a weak charging system (battery/alternator). Since they blinked after the battery change too, focus on the charging system (battery, connections, alternator) and proper oil reminder reset, but if lights persist after driving, get a diagnostic scan for deeper sensor problems. these lights should not blink after an oil change so they have tampered with the electrical systems is what i am thinking., but again I need to take it to have it checked out for tampering No, the three orange rectangle lights above your ignition on a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 should not light up after a completed oil change. The oil change indicator system in your Ram is designed to show an "Oil Change Required" message in the instrument cluster display, not illuminate separate orange rectangle lights above the ignition. Orange or yellow lights generally serve as cautionary alerts or reminders for upcoming service, while red lights indicate a more serious problem requiring immediate attention. The specific issue you are describing may relate to another warning system that was inadvertently triggered during the service, or the oil change indicator was simply not reset properly.

I have needed quite a bit of work on my Jeep and have been going to Borst since they opened this location. Andy was knowledgeable, informative and kind. He was patient with my mother as she worked through the payment link and kept us in the loop the whole time.

As someone who could care less about car things, they make it so easy and clear to understand what is going on, have an open and honest conversation; as well as really great prices. My family and I have been coming here for years and have been treated with respect every time. I look forward to my next visit!

Very expensive. $897.32 for only front brake pads, rotors, calipers, and an oil change on a 2003 v6 Mustang. And that's with a $100 "discount." $537.78 for parts, $285.24 for labor, $22.33 in shop supplies, $3.50 disposal fee, and $48.47 tax = $897.32. No big complaints about the service even though I seemed to grow a new little rattle that I'd never be able to prove they caused, I'm not sure. But that price is terrible, especially while pretending to give me a $100 "discount." I figure they probably made at least $500 pure profit. Avoid unless you like paying through the nose.

Sometimes service doesn't always go as planned, but how such times are handled is the true mark of professional service. Most service has been successful, and the additional problem was diagnosed successfully and a loaner car was afforded. All turned out perfect, as is usually the case. I am very pleased
