BoSa Donuts - Tempe

This place is wonderful! The prices are great, the people are super friendly, and the food is delicious. I like the design of this Bosa donuts, because it’s a fun colorful design and there’s lots of sunlight coming in.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Every time I give BOSA Donuts another chance, I walk away more disappointed than before. The woman who helped me during my last visit was clearly in a bad mood and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, my entire order was wrong. Not just one donut or a small detail, the whole thing. I had to repeat myself multiple times, but it felt like she wasn’t even listening. When I finally got my bag, nothing matched what I had asked for. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get close to what you ordered. On top of that, there’s zero variety here. It’s always the same donuts, the same limited selection, and nothing ever changes. You’d think a donut shop would try to keep things exciting or at least rotate flavors once in a while, but not here. It’s boring, predictable, and lazy. Overall, this place has gone downhill. Bad service, wrong orders, and no creativity. If you’re looking for friendly service or fresh options, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Save your money and skip BOSA Donuts.

Ordered the ham jalapeno and cheese croissant, received one with no jalapeno. It wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, we were the only customers inside. I think the employees are just extremely inattentive. Iced coffee was fine, glazed twist was good. Meh.

This review is for Bosa on Southern and McClintock, and the only reason I’m clarifying is that I’ve noticed in their other reviews that when a review is negative, someone from the restaurant responds and clarifies the location, as if the reviewer accidentally gave the negative review to the wrong Bosa location. Lol. I stopped in today, February 8, 2026, to get a half dozen donuts. After I tapped my credit card, I was getting napkins from the dispenser at the same counter, and when I turned back, the employee behind the counter was reaching way over the counter to the credit card machine and tapping on it. In doing so, she added a 5% tip to the sale. When I pointed it out, she denied it happened. And when I said it absolutely did just happen, she then looked at the register and agreed that it did happen, because she even stated the exact amount of the tip she added for herself, which she could now see from her end of the transaction. She did not offer an apology, an explanation for her behavior, or a refund. Believe me, if she had done any of those three things, I wouldn’t be writing this review. This lady had no idea if I was going to add a tip or not, but made the decision for me by reaching way across the counter and tapping on the credit card machine during the transaction. SUPER SHADY business practice.

Cute donut shop located in an old taco bell location. Donuts were amazing and my sister who is a coffee snob said the coffee was really good. We will definitely be back.
