Absolutely blown away with the expertise and customer service. This was my family's first time getting custom balls and fitted, so I looked into a ton of different pro shops with scrutiny.I've heard a lot of good things about B3, and they definitely lived up to their reputation! Brandy got us in for a fit and drill pretty last minute, and Mike took his time making sure everything was up to spec and customized for each of us, despite being short on time. They have earned their selves lifetime customers!

Wife and I were looking for beginner balls. Mike (I think that was his name) was absolutely awesome. Helped us find the right balls for us, measured and drilled for much less than I was anticipating. Even gave us a few free pointers. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely buy here again.

I have found my new happy place. I've been bowling for 25 years, but have never had an experience like this! Brandi and Mike were both AMAZING, and helped me every step of the way, from evaluating my throw, to measuring the ball, to making recommendations based upon how I wanted it to react. Absolutely recommend to everyone, whether you're new to the sport or an experienced pro -- Can't wait to go back!

I'm a recreational bowler and finally came here to get a ball of my own. I was blown away by the level of knowledge the staff has. I learned things I never though to consider just talking with them over the 30 minutes or so I was there. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I came in with the plan of buying my first bowling ball last week and I can say I am very happy I went. Mike was extremely helpful in picking out a ball for me and answered every question I had. Initial drilling was a bit tight on my fingers and he widened the holes no questions asked. Very satisfied with my purchase and cannot stress enough how great the customer service and overall experience was. I’ve broken 200 several times since my visit, and have been setting PR games almost every time I go to the alley. They have earned a repeat customer and I highly recommend this pro shop!
