Bowlero Union Hills

Awesome staff! I came to watch my niece’s bowling league and the staff was excellent. Very nice, attentive and helpful. Not at all stingy in helping me get enough snacks for my four kids either! Joseph was especially friendly with the kids. Great overall experience

This is the 2nd year my daughter had her birthday party here. The staff is very kind and professional. Had a great experience. I also want to shout out to Joe as well for making the birthday party wonderful...

Cameron was such a great help! Such outstanding customer service from him!Aside from the combination of excellent customer service, a fun atmosphere, and great food made for a memorable outing. I highly recommend visiting for anyone looking to enjoy a night of bowling. I do however wish that there was fun music that you could actually hear but overall was a great way to celebrate my Birthday! Thank you!

We had a great time at Lucky strike, however, we used the Bowlero booking. And it charged us almost 3 times the amount to Bowl an unlimited bowling afternoon. It is better to walk in and receive the special than it is to get a reservation on Bowlero. It is a scam. Do not do it. However, lucky strike was great to bowl at . Just don’t use the online services. that is the reason why I only gave a four star out of five.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere… the table ordered drinks and half us didnt get drinks until 30 mins later, it took 40 minutes to get a order of chicken strips.. every time we ordered drinks afterwards it was a 30 minute wait. About 2 hours into our bowling session the server had asked us to wrap up 2 separate times and we said no very politely. An hour later the server came up to us and goes “can you guys leaveee” i want to make it clear it was not a busy night.. never again will any of us return or recommend to any friend/family
