Bowlero Union Hills

We had a great time at Lucky strike, however, we used the Bowlero booking. And it charged us almost 3 times the amount to Bowl an unlimited bowling afternoon. It is better to walk in and receive the special than it is to get a reservation on Bowlero. It is a scam. Do not do it. However, lucky strike was great to bowl at . Just don’t use the online services. that is the reason why I only gave a four star out of five.

Great service, same day scheduled. Bowled our hearts out and enjoyed the atmosphere. Waitress was attentive and stopped by to check if we needed any drinks or food.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere… the table ordered drinks and half us didnt get drinks until 30 mins later, it took 40 minutes to get a order of chicken strips.. every time we ordered drinks afterwards it was a 30 minute wait. About 2 hours into our bowling session the server had asked us to wrap up 2 separate times and we said no very politely. An hour later the server came up to us and goes “can you guys leaveee” i want to make it clear it was not a busy night.. never again will any of us return or recommend to any friend/family

Had an amazing time bowling with the family. They have an amazing set up where half of the lanes have a large screen projecting onto the back of the lanes and the other half normal, it can be a bit distracting, but a nice touch. Food was great, love the taste of the French fries. The chicken wings and tenders have a great crunch to it, and they have some great dessert foods too. Amazing selection of drinks and a cozy little bar too. Would recommend.

Came in at 9:30pm to do the “cosmic” bowling and by 11:00pm half the lanes are still lit up all the way and music is lowered. When asking staff when the “cosmic bowling” started because we paid for it; was told “league” bowlers were still here bowling and would get mad.
