It was a great job, the customer service was very professional, and nice, the Front pads,Front Calipers, Front Rotor & Drums, Hardware, & Brake fluid, on my Ram 1500 was done perfectly, I greatly appreciate y'all. Thanks for your service. I would recommend y'all to everyone.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Brake Masters for years. Whenever I arrive, Jamie is always there with a great smile and professionalism that assures me, my vehicles will be well taken care of. He is a straight shooter. He always tells me what exactly needs to be taken care of, in a prompt fashion. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Negligent and unsafe repair work performed at this location. They replaced control arms on my vehicle and did not secure critical hardware. The nuts were missing following installation. Be cautious going to this location for any work, as they are rude and incompetent. While they completed the work months later, the store assumed zero accountability for the risk of suspension separation, loss of steering control, and severe vehicle damage.

Brakemasters in Flagstaff Arizona took care of my daughter's car when she had accident on the ice, pretty significant damage, they were awesome and I highly recommend them, it's nice to find reliable, trustworthy people are still out there doing Great Service!!
