Buffalo Wild Wings - Tucson Oracle

This was the second bad experience at this restaurant. Starting off, the table we were sat at was not clean. Then, we waited over 20 minutes for a waiter to come by, which did not happen until I flagged down a waiter who said “I guess I’ll take your order”. She did not even apologize for the wait. Our food took 35 minutes to come out, and when brought to the table the waitress said “ it was sitting out on the heater for a while, I forgot about it”. So our food was cold and the waitress basically admitted she forgot about our table and didn’t even apologize. The food was good, but some of the wings that came out was extremely small (see photo). The waitress never came by to check how we were doing, or asked if we needed drink refills or anything. Near the end of the meal my drink was empty so I flagged down our waitress to get me a water, but she came back with the check, boxes, and no water. We didn’t even ask for the check or boxes, and we also had no food left on our plates so we did not even need boxes. When she dropped that off I tried to tell her that I asked for a water but she walked away before I could say anything. While picking up the check and bringing back the receipt she also didnt say anything, didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or anything else, and was overall extremely rude and dismissive. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Came here with a party at 5 we had wings and fries and soda. The french fries were excellent. The boneless wings were very hard I'm sad to say. The traditional wings were very good. However the soda was very flat.

The buffalo wings are wild the best I've ever had. I'm still licking my fingers. Yikes! I was able to Munch chat with different people. Watch the game. Have me a couple beers. It was amazing. Awesome! Place to just go chill. Please enjoy next time you visit "hasta la vista baby."

We live near a BWW, but we choose to go to the one on oracle because most of the time, the service is quick. But 2/19/26@8:53pm it was very bad. We ate in the restaurant. Ordered side salads, drinks, wings and potatoe wedges And we are loyal customers using our points. We waited 45 mins and no one came to see if we're OK, finally out came our food. cold wings, cold wedges. We told the girl and she called our waitress who mentioned that they had new staff in the back but no excuse. She took them back and some tall Hispanic bald mngr? Brought our food back within 20mins! Wings still cold. Only the wedges were warm. He just slid the food on the table and left. No apology or customer service, discount. He never came back again. Our food was supposed to be BOGO, my boneless wings should have been buy one get one free. NOPE. They charged me buy one get 2nd half off!! And they charged me twice and deducted one.. we were so disappointed. We now have to find another place that believes in Great Customer service in food as well

My order was put in 2 hours in advance for pick up at this location. When I got there, the front cashier, Erin laughed and then stated the back hadn't received the order yet. She printed the receipt and walked back. The order was VERY late. When I respectfully brought the issue to the front cashier's attention, she basically mocked me and stated "we obviously have other orders". Other orders put in 2 hours in advance? Super unprofessional staff. Poor service. Recommend going to a different location
