We were impressed on the fast response of Air Boss as we were making a short visit to our cabin and the furnace wasn’t working. They responded quickly the part was ordered that was needed. They came at a later date and said our thermostat was working in opposite mode but they would set it appropriately and it would be fine until we could get back to get a new one installed. About 3 weeks later we had our painter come to do some painting. The cabin temperature was at 111* and probably had been for a few weeks. Our lamp shades were melted, food has to be thrown out, candles melted etc. They immediately came back and installed a temporary thermostat and the employee said he shouldn’t have done what he did the first time. Fast forward our gas bill is $500. We are asking for that to be paid and have left several messages with no response. We are throughly disappointed.

This company has been a complete nightmare to work with. The worst part is after they figured out they had no idea how to repair our AC problem, they never refunded my money which left me no choice but to contact my bank and request a charge back. This company is incompetent and unethical!

AirBoss is so friendly and very customer oriented. Even though I hit them during busy summer season, they were very responsive and did everything they could to get us scheduled and our issues resolved on our AC unit. Barbi on the phones and John the technician are both exceptional!!

Air Boss called within 24 hours of my service request to our home warranty and scheduled a technician for the next day. Our tech, Brian was polite, professional, and solved the problem very quickly.
