Butterfly wonderland was fun! There were so many different kinds of butterflies and they had a room with the chrysalis. I was able to watch four butterflies emerge. I spent an hour and a half just taking pictures and watching the butterflies. So very cool! Unfortunately, their reptile area leaves much to be desired. After looking and looking and looking, I swear they only had critters in every fifth box. If they did have them in there, they're the best camouflage reptiles alive! In the fish room, one of the tanks was downright filthy! I was told that they had just cleaned the algae off the sides and within an hour it was going to be as clean as all the others but it was disappointing. The other tanks were lovely. The gift shop was very nice! A great variety of t-shirts, stuffed animals, toys, and all the things that you look for. Overall, it was a wonderful morning! I highly recommended if you're like me and love butterflies.

Really enjoy the space so many butterflies flying about. Some landed on me and my husband so we got our good luck butterfly kisses 🦋 There is also a small aquarium and reptile area which is nice so you get a little more visit without having to splurge for the aquarium. The Bee are is a bit underwhelming. It is a little pricey, but going on a weekday afternoon, it felt like we had plenty of space to explore without overcrowding.

This was our first visit to Butterfly Wonderland as a family of four, and even with the military discount it was extremely expensive. We combined it with the aquarium experience and ended up spending over $360, which was honestly shocking for what you get. The butterfly experience itself was just okay. You start by watching a short 5–10 minute video, then see the cocoon area before entering the butterfly enclosure. While the butterflies are beautiful, the space is fairly small and you could easily spend anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes inside, depending on how long you linger. Overall, I wasn’t very impressed, especially considering the price. For the cost, I expected a much more immersive experience. I wouldn’t recommend this attraction for groups of two or more due to how overpriced it is.

Beautiful facility, could spend the entire day there. Only had about 2 hours and saw everything, and did not feel rushed. If you plan to go, plan a full day and buy a combo ticket for all exhibits together. You get a better price. If you live in AZ an annual pass would be where the most savings would be.

Always fun taking the grandkids to Butterfly World. They enjoyed seeing all that f the flying creatures but they may have enjoyed feeding the fish even more. Check this place out!
