Awesome breakfast restaurant! Incredibly friendly staff! Everyone was happy to help us regardless of whether they were waiting on our table or not. We received coffee refills well before our cups were empty. We received quick food service and our waitress was extremely friendly and happy to help with advice on dishes. The skillets and pancakes were incredible. The kicker was the coffee. A local brew medium french roast. I can honestly say that this was the best coffee I have had at a restaurant. I will come back as often as I can after this fantastic experience.

Coffee served hot and refilled frequently. Fresh O. J. Real maple syrup. What else do you need? Portions huge. Food very good. Unique selection of pancakes, many over the top. Only downside: Chicken sausages are little links and not good. Overall, busy place so expect to wait. Turnover is quick and worth the wait.

OMG! Fantastic brunch today at Butter's. If you don't know this place, you gotta try it. It was busy and bustling with a fun energetic vibe. The Manager Antonio was friendly and professional, and he gave us a table on the patio. We got a wonderful server named Madison. She was also friendly with a positive attitude. She was all smiles and gave us good recommendations and outstanding service! We ordered a couple skillets with French toast, and an omelette with pancakes. Everything was super good, we were psyched, and my brother was going on and on about how good the food was. Top notch experience today: great place, excellent service, fun vibe, and delicious food! You can't go wrong at Butter's so I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone!

It was ok , wish it had some more flavor We got it to go so we didn't have to wait - it's very busy! My veggie omelet was decent. Glad I got the feta cheese or it would have been quite bland even with the veggies. Hubby's hog plate was eh he really didn't like. Workers were nice which is great to see. Hubby also got buffalo chicken wrap with fries. Probably the most liked item for him. Hash browns were flavorless and we both couldn't finish them. Overall I wouldn't come back especially for the money but plates / food size was decent which was good to see.

This place is always a great choice. The customer service is fantastic, and the food is of exceptional quality. However, be prepared to wait even on a Monday morning at 10 AM. We had a 25-minute wait, but it was worth it. I ordered the Hogg skillet, which was delicious. My wife got the fried egg sandwich, which was equally tasty.
