Bough a 2019 5th wheel. They went way out of there way to make sure it was tested and ready. The did many repairs and even made a 5 hour trip to deliver it. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a good RV and honest people. Thank you .

We finally decided that it was time to buy a new Pontoon. We are so happy that we went with Cactus RV. The professionalism, expertise, and customer service was by far the best experience we have ever had while purchasing something from a dealer. This place is family run and they are amazing, a great family atmosphere and very well organized. Every experience along the way was just outstanding. I sent an email to Cactus RV showing my interest in building a pontoon and Mike replied to me via email with all of the information I wanted. We went in the following weekend and looked at the boats they had in stock but didn't see one we liked. Mike sent me an email for one of the boats that was covered up and we loved it. We went back to look at that one the following weekend. We live about 1hr and 20 min away from the shop so we went up on Saturdays only. We were never rushed, they were patient, and they accommodated us each visit. The loan process was phenomenal, I was able to get everything handled via text and email. Ron was amazing, he was straight forward with us on everything. One of the guys walked us through every functionality of the boat, he answered all of our questions, if he didn't know the answer, he would find the guy that could give us the answer. These guys work like a well oiled machine. There was no BSing. Again, the experience was just amazing, it was mind blowing. I wish i could by my all vehicles through them. We will definitely get our RV upgraded in the future through Cactus RV.

I would not hesitate to buy from Cactus RV. Great group of employees for sure! They are a refreshing change from some very disappointing visits to new car dealers and repair places in Tucson!
