Caliber Collision - Chandler

Went to Caliber to have my car fixed after an accident. My car was under the care of Frank and needless to say my car is good to go. Service was friendly and it was my first accident and I’ve never had to have my car worked on before and everyone was very nice at talking me through the process and explaining things to me. Cannot thank them enough for fixing my car.

I went here because I ran over something and the rubber undercarriage shield on my front passenger side was damaged and came loose. I was clearly panicked and anyone could see I was desperate and could easily taken advantage of. The technician took a look at it and gave me an estimate for a replacement. He was honest and said it was not an emergency and it would most likely be cheaper at the dealership. I said I would rather go with their services instead of the dealership. He wanted me to be safe, so he said his mechanic could take off the part so it would not be loose and dragging on the road. Five minutes later, he came back and said the were able to reattach it easily and there was NO CHARGE! I will definitely going here if need repairs or body work. Honesty and integrity all the way.

My repair experience at Caliber Collision has been extremely satisfying. The repair was excellent — everything functions perfectly, and I can’t even tell where the original dent was. The staff are all very friendly! I want to give a special shout-out to my advisor, Fermin Beliz, for being extremely professional and helpful throughout all of our communications. He gave me constant updates on the repair stages and kept me informed about the expected pickup time and any delays. Without his help, I wouldn’t be this satisfied with the service experience. The repair took almost an entire month, which was definitely longer than the two weeks I had anticipated, but the result is very nice, so I would still highly recommend it!

🗣️ THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE!! Look no further. If I could give them 1000 stars I would! My car was hit by my neighbor while in my parking spot. I decided to look some places up on Google and then drove over to get an estimate. Rich greeted me as If I were family! Super friendly and kind. He stated that usually you need an appointment, but no worries he had time. He gave me the estimate and then I found out the insurance company works directly with them. Win for me. As soon as I got the claim number they reached out and helped me get set up for the repairs. Wendi is amazing also. She is so nice and easy to talk to. She arranged for me to drop off the car and even had enterprise there to pick me up to get my rental. I literally did nothing and had no concerns the entire time. It only took them 4 days to have my car ready and i had updates the entire time via text. Durning that time rich even called me to let me pick out my hubcaps. I was super impressed that he cared about what I wanted. Rich called me when my car was ready, I drove there and left the rental! They handled everything and made the process a breeze! Rich even helped me fix the child lock on my back passage door that hasn’t worked since I bought the car! Talk about above an beyond! They offered me coffee and bagels. Not to mention my car looked better than before if that’s even possible. The paint was thee exact match, you would never know I had any damage on my car. They are really fantastic! I could hang with them all day joking around and talking about our families and my car. Seriously I can’t thank you guys enough! Rich, Wendi and everyone at caliber collision I thank you! 🙌🏼❤️
