They repaired my car in a few days, way faster than expected. Bianca was my coordinator and she kept me up to date with texts and was awesome when I came to pickup my vehicle. My bumper is as good as new!

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop after being rear-ended last month. Bianca was great to work with. I was extremely satisfied with how much caliber collision put Into my vehicle, they went above and beyond on my repairs and fix additional self without me asking. The reason why I didn’t give them five stars was because although they will text a status update every 2 to 4 days I wish there was more detail involved or solutions regarding my decision when it came to a delay other than that great customer service. My vehicle looks phenomenal as much as I hope I never get an accident again they would be my first option to go to.

Don’t bring your car here. All the panels they painted has gone bad and was so bad when I picked it up that i had to bring it back to a different shop. Manager and the front desk lady must be related. Rude and has 0 costumer service. Manager will blame anybody else but their workmanship. They “fixed” my bumper that they painted that was bubbling on the edge. It was slowly peeling off every time I go to the car wash. After I got it back when they “fixed” the bumper. I told them how there was still chipped paint but they were adamant that it was buffing compound after “fixing” my bumper and to wait 24hrs to let the paint cure. Now my bumper is worse than before after the carwash. 🤣 I’m not sure which part of Craigslist ads they got the painter from but he has 0 skills. U have 1 job to do. Can’t even do it right.
